Opera Grand

1. Food menu was not present in the room so no food was ordered 2. Location is just OK. 3. There is a fish shop at entry that smells a lot 4. Basic things were not available like soap, towel etc.

Room was good condition but the lift was not working and the outside of the room was not mentioned well

Inhouse restaurant not available in the hotel Pretty decent location because less traffic and very attached to NH

No Intercom ,Cleanliness poor, Needed to wait 45 minutes before check in. far away from city centre.

Good stay overall. There was a bit of delay in allotting the room but still overall a good experience.

Rooms are comfortable but there is no restaurant and no additional amenities, with only one staff person.

By the time we arrived the rooms that were supposed to be given to us were not ready, they made us wait for a while before giving us our rooms. The rooms were of good quality and clean. The complimentary breakfast was subpar

Hotel location is very convenient, hardly 1. 3 kilometer from thokoottu junction, where long distance buses stop. Look for puma store, hotel name is not clearly displayed, but it's same building as puma. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They offer complementary breakfast, but they don't have a kitchen. Food is ordered from outside, so i decided to skip that option and order from my side from a good restaurant.

Good stay and clean rooms. Overall the stay was good. Also the location is on main road with easy access to the city.

Rooms - rooms are pretty decent with ac and hot water food - although the complimentary breakfast was given, it was not on the property. I had to go down to the reception and choose from the menu and then they had to go to the hotel and get the parcel and give it to my room. Parking - the parking space is underground and can easily accommodate small cars and motorcycles, but since the passage is small, it's hard to turn a bigger cars. Staff - the staff are very friendly and kind. They are happy to help if required. Travel convenience: this property is just located at the kallapu bus stop. One needs to just go down to get a bus. Also we get cabs or autos to this place. Overall it was a decent experience staying at this place and would recommend for people to stay here.

Hotel is situated right on kallap bus stop. Transport facilities readily available to all places as there are auto stands. Multiple eateries are available nearby.

Had a comfortable stay. Clean and tidy bedsheets and towels. Toiletries given. Hot water available and drinking water available. Staff were friendly. Ac and tv worked well. No trouble from insects or mosquitos. Good parking facility. Close to restaurant and mangalore city. Had a great time.

Really enjoyed the stay. They should have a restaurant too and give complementary breakfast. There are no good restaurants nearby.
