1. Room was clean 2. Food is prepared outside , so very limited options 3. Location is good. We requested extension of our stay but was rejected but attentive accepted for a late check in provided by the hotel because of cleaning not happened in time of our check in. So need to have some understanding over there

The staff who is in reception like ordering with us like free booking and even asking for many id proofs as hard copy not accepting the soft copies atlast after waiting one hour i got the room with giving otp of adhaar card Thank you

10 mins drive from Airport, New hotel with breakfast room service and neat & hygienic. Very politely responded in the reception itself. Fastest Checkin and Checkout. Hotel is exactly in the main road. More shops are there to access. Recommended one near Mangalore airport.

The stay was comfortable and near to the airport as well. The room freshner they used was allergic and breakfast they bought from outside and gave. Except for the above all other things were more than the moneys we paid and worth it.

Horrible experience - extorting money from guests

Went in with high expectations but was disappointed by the unruly behaviour of the staff. Worst type of behaviour by the staff here at hotel Shoolin comforts. They kept trying to extort money from us without proper reasoning claiming miscellaneous expenses due to laundry cleaning and food order which wasn’t made by us. Was extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this for anyone to experience.
