Cigarette smell in the room, no shower dirty bedsheets. Very basic room. No food service. No exhaust or ventilation in bathrooms. No fire exit in case of emergency

excellent and near to father muller hospital.And also it is very close to the groceries with excellent dinning facilities.

they only give one double bed room, so refused to give room then no other go stay in the family or in one double bed room ,,at 10 pm, with small kids, I highly recommend not stay there the The room is filthy and the bathroom

Hi paid for a double bed, but they gave us one bed, for five people, we feel terrible when we arrive at 10 pm, my kids and as parents feel very terrible and uncomfortable all night, sleeping in the floor, we came long distance to stay, i feel there should be compensation for our terrible night,

Really good hotel accommodations, neat and clean, staff is friendly. Location is good all temple, restaurant are easily reachable. Enjoyed our stay.

One of the worst room i have ever stayed, location was good well connected but the room were horrible bathroom and bed was very unhygienic, i thought of sleeping on the floor rather than bed it was so pathetic only the good thing was a/c was working properly

The location is good, very safe and no irritation from any of the sides. There was a problem with ac not really cooling the room, an issue with the washroom flush and only one bath towel and only one soap was given.

Good stay i am requesting to you after using the room please change the bed cover it effects lot who is coming next

Location was good near the pumpwell circle. But the rooms were not clean, no towels provided, room had smoke smell, bed linens were old. Ac was slow and with broken remote. Power plugs were unable to be plugged in.

Ac not working, tv not in working condition, not even 1 water bottle kept inside. Overall not satisfied.

My wife and i stayed for 1 night here, starting our trip on coastal karnataka. Very nice, clean place, excellent location, close to railway junction. Eateries around the place and easy connectivity. Above all the staff and management were polite and helpful. We really appreciate that.

Only thing good was the location and spacious room. But the some of the staff were rude, they didn't clean the room 1 day and change the bedsheet. They won't take your luggage to the room and will just hand over the key. This is expected only from 1 star hotel. Pillow is so dirty, and you can lot of stains and very old once they remove the cover. Tv didn't work during our stay for 3 days and wifi worked only on last day of our stay. Staff has not when things will be fixed. I lost the key and thanks to the lady in reception she dint charge for it which i appreciate. Stay at this place only if you want 1 star hotel, with no focus on cleanliness and prefer a good location hotel.

In short it was horrible. There was no parking spot available when i reached at the hotel in the afternoon. I waited for around half an hour on the busy city road, called the phone number mentioned in the booking but it was out of reach, no help, finally left my car on busy road and went to reception, the lady at reception told “you have to understand all the parking spots are occupied and you need to park your car somewhere else”, seems like they mentioned parking in amenities for namesake. Having no other option and kid crying in the car i had to park my car to opposite hospital parking. There was nothing as complimentary except single soap. No hand-washing liquid, no water bottle etc. Dirty quilt was given which i had to force them to change. Booking was for 4 days/3 nights with breakfast(for which i separately paid during booking. But they provided the breakfast only on first day(one need to go to neighboring restaurant to have it and breakfast was not good in taste) and the lady at reception started arguing on providing breakfast on other day even after showing it in the booking. I preferred having breakfast outside instead of fighting with her during my vacation. Lady at reception was rude, though other guy who picked my luggage and was there at reception was helpful and courteous. Room was not cleaned, bedsheets/covers weren’t changed during entire stay.
