Excellent service & food quality. Behaviour of the hotelliers are also good. They used to greet me whenever I go outside.

Prestige hotel - very small room, no hygenic.

Overall, I received excellent service at this hotel. The rooms, bathroom, room service, and food everything was very good.

No Cleanly ness, So Much Cockroaches in the room, Food is Very Bad, Arrogant behaviour from room boys

Location was excellent,Fish Market restaurant also served good food.But,Expected a smiling and greeting face at the reception but,it was quite disappointing with their customer service.

Walls of the room were wet, many places it seemed like paint was coming out , bathroom was amazing, road side parking was available. Would hv appreciated if the interaction with managager and receptionist was friendly and healthy. I guess our booking was for a short period of time so they didnt care much about us.

it was not as expected and promised booking app,we didn't find any amenities as mentioned, service also not as expected,the breakfast was also below avg never booking again

The property is located in a good location but it is not well maintained. The bathrooms were shabby and the blankets were smelly.

Bad facilities

Rooms was good and food was also nice. But there is no bucket in bathroom, when i asked they give a dirty one and that staff who came with bucket behaved rudely and he entered my room without permission.

When I entered the room, it was smelling ciggarette smoke, toilet was wet not dry, and cockroach moving in the bathroom. On complaining to reception, the manager changed to room. The overall stay was OK and conformable since the manager upgraded my room after my complain. good staff, good location, rooms okay... overall value for money...will definitely come again and also recommend to others

Room is neat and nice, and at the heart city. 1. Very few rooms with non smoking 2. Hotel is attached to fish market resturant, it smells in the reception area and lifts. Food was great indeed, breakfast and the room service both were great, location is also pretty near to railway station and airport

Room was very bad the bathroom was very dirty we booked twin bed but they gave king size and i had to wait 30 mins for new room

Everything was perfect right from the start, and I’ve stayed at this property multiple times now, and I’ve never had any issues. The staff as well as quite courteous, this regular housekeeping and the best part is that everything is successful from this property. It’s placed in very convenient location.

We were denied early check-in despite rooms being available, and were asked to pay an unreasonable amount for it. We politely requested access to a room for just 15 minutes to feed our baby, but were refused. Shockingly, a room was provided to a Muslim guest for prayer, but when we questioned the discrepancy, the staff responded by shouting at us. Very disappointing experience.
