Taj Bekal Resort & Spa, Kerala

The overall stay was amazing! Taj never disappoints..the check in, room , food, everything was just wonderful. The flavours in 3 different restaurants is great. The breakfast and lunch/dinner spread is very good! The are more than happy to customize for the kids. Rooms are quite big compared to other properties with well maintained washrooms. The path to the beach is from within the resort and is 2mins from reception..

our weekend stay was excellent. deluxe villa we stayed was up to the mark with all amenities, clean pool and a bathtub. service was quick, food was delicious on all the days. Restaurant staff were doing their maximum but buffet food replenishment was taking a lot of time, otherwise everything was perfect. Resort is a treat to the eye.

We as a family had a wonderful experience at Taj Bekal...special shout out to Ankitha & Amir at the restaurant...they were amazing...will definitely recommend and will visit again

Very nice property staff was also very polite and nice. Food was great. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday there she enjoyed complimentary cake given by chef.

Awesome stay, great food and kids liked the plunge pool in the villa.The facilities in the resort are really great.

Everything was fine with resort. During booking it was mentioned that 3000 Taj gift card will be sent to my email and mobile but I didn’t receive any gift card.

great service, ala carte lacked menu items. nothing to do in late night. creche was really helpfulfor the baby.

The rooms wr too old and the kitchen had no items which wr added in d menu! Also d activities promised wr all closed Overall experience was too bad

We stayed in Taj bekal in August and it was a wonderful experience. Rooms are spacious with sitout and it has a swing bed which is great for spending peaceful time enjoying rain. Staff were courteous and we received excellent service. We had dinner and breakfast in hotel and we loved the food. In such vast breakfast buffet what caught my attention was the softest and the fluffiest idlis of my life. It was made to perfection. Restaurant staff Shibani was helpful and chef Sahu personally visited for feedback and it was great. We loved the dinner buffet. Beach was good too and surroundings were clean. Overall we loved the resort and surely coming back soon.

This resort's food is delicious. The property also has a lot of greenery. However, the resorts need major upholstery upliftment. It looks worn out

The property was really beautiful, great ambience, great architecture, but the service was really poor, especially the check-in counter and special mention food was really really amazing, and the head chef was really helpful and fulfilled all our needs

The stay was so pleasant .The service was too good meeting the standards of Taj group of hotels. Food was delicious ..moreover the ambience of the resort is soo calming.Its a perfect place for an escape from the hustle and bustle. The sea view point is something that is beyond explaination❤️

Late check in, one hour of waiting time even after check in time. They made us simply wait for an hour and we had to enter into a wet floor and bathroom in the room finally. During check out, we had to wait for 45 min after all formalities at the reception to receive our bag. Food was good and services are like any other 3star hotel. Our experience was not meeting expectations of Taj.

Well kept property. Great hospitality from the staff. Beach access as well as backwaters access is available. Food was also good. Plenty of activities within the resort for kids. Common Swimming pool was under renovation. However was offered transportation to the sister property of IHCL with free pool usage. Unfortunately we couldn't do the kayaking and rafting because of the rains.

Taj group of hotels are always known as epitome of luxury and Taj Bekal stands up to this elegantly. The property is beautifully nestled close to the beach with ultra luxurious stay options. Their service is top notch with everyone from the front desk to the buggy drivers being very courteous and sweet. Pradeep one of the buggy drivers was very sweet and helped us navigate through the resort during rains. The restaurant staff were very quick and excellent in their service. Really enjoyed our stay. Wah Taj!

We had a wonderful stay and the villas are beautifully designed, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

It was very good, slightly disappointed that swimming pool was not operational due to some maintenance but otherwise a fantastic property overall.
