clean room, bathroom was clean and basic provisions were available and replaced each day room size is good, space for movement, AC cooling was good, spacious to keep luggage and almirah for hanging clothes

Pros: Room service and the manager were good and helpful. Wheelchair assistance was provided for my mom, which we really appreciated. The food was average overall, but the thali was quite good. Cons: The AC was not working properly and kept leaking water. Even after reporting it, the staff only cleaned the water instead of fixing the issue. We requested a washroom bin with a closed lid but didn’t receive one. Additionally, the food service—both in the restaurant and room—was quite slow.

A very simple method to booking the room I followed by online. Good location. Food and services very nice. Hygiene environment. Cooperative and helping nature of staff members is unforgettable. Lord Shreenivas and Mangaladevi blessings is there.

It was ok. I had a decent experience staying at the hotel. There is room for improvement but still it was okeyish.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff are courteous and helpful. Typical Manglorian food was served in the restaurant.

it's a very old hotel room service 1/5 cleanliness 3/5 old toilets, old switches, old beds, old tv overall not a good experience. Breakfast was also not satisfactory, chutney was spoiled.

This Hotel is good They maintain cleanliness in the reception area. But our Room condition is not up to the Mark, too much Smelly in the room Every time we have to put room spray. I booked Family room they are not given Queen size bed

The property was good and the location was also good. The food was average and needs some improvement. Overall the stay was comfortable

What was nice: housekeeping staff assigned to us was polite and helpful, restaurant food was good and decently priced and the location was very good with everything nearby and lots of areas to shop, eat and such. What was not so nice: There was an interview scheduled the day I visited and the lobby was crowded with candidates and the staff was least bothered about their guests and the management was poor; room amenities were bare minimal and the room itself was clean but average.
