The hotel is centrally located. The staff are courteous and helpful. Typical Manglorian food was served in the restaurant.

Very old hotel but service is good and good house keeping if they renew the facility italy will be very good place to stay

it's a very old hotel room service 1/5 cleanliness 3/5 old toilets, old switches, old beds, old tv overall not a good experience. Breakfast was also not satisfactory, chutney was spoiled.

Adiga reg this hotel stay what aminities mentioned their property was wrong. There is no facility even a hanger to put cloth. No proper service. Towels they provide is too old and derty

This Hotel is good They maintain cleanliness in the reception area. But our Room condition is not up to the Mark, too much Smelly in the room Every time we have to put room spray. I booked Family room they are not given Queen size bed

What was nice: housekeeping staff assigned to us was polite and helpful, restaurant food was good and decently priced and the location was very good with everything nearby and lots of areas to shop, eat and such. What was not so nice: There was an interview scheduled the day I visited and the lobby was crowded with candidates and the staff was least bothered about their guests and the management was poor; room amenities were bare minimal and the room itself was clean but average.

As mentioned earlier, horrible stay with no basic hygiene maintained. Am astound that the license was granted and no inspection been done to spot check the maintenance or may be done but authorities had blind folded approach towards them. The mattress was almost torn, there were stains on the bed sheets. Bathroom was not cleaned. Furnitures must be changed. Ironically, they run Management college but they are following basic etiquettes for their guests. There is NO value for money. Please DO NOT stay here.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it very convenient for travelers. The food was another highlight; the breakfast and in-house dining options were delicious, offering a good variety. However, the room i stayed in was a bit of a letdown. It was quite dated, with old flooring, a worn switchboard, and a bathroom that could use some serious updating. The room still offered basic comfort, but it didn't meet the expectations i had given the other great aspects of the hotel. If the hotel could invest in refreshing the rooms, it would significantly elevate the overall experience.

The staff in hotel srinivas discriminates by allocating old rooms to booking customers while new rooms are reserved for direct offline customer. this kind of discrimination in the chosen properties as it gives a bad experience. The allocated room was stinking with the excessive smell of naphthalene balls & it was a very bad experience. Would not suggest anyone to stay in the old rooms unless there is no other choice available. We did enquirer & requested for an upgrade to the newly renovated rooms but we were denied an upgrade. It was a very bad experience & we checked out sooner than our allocated time of stay. The bathroom fittings were old & all the old rooms definitely need a renovation at the earliest
