The bathroom and the towel weren’t hygiene.!!Need to maintain little hygiene.And I found the stay recommend by the stay.

I got this feedbak link despite despite of my booking there in this hotel. Hence I am not sure what to write about this. I will definitely give a feedback once I stay there. However, I rated it Excellent because my presumption is if a hotel is built they will try to maintain the decorum

Location is horrible , and room is not great as accepted , First they ignored my booking from make my trip I needed to contact the support team

The front entrance of the hotel is on the road and difficult to locate as the name is not visible. The entrance was very small when compared to the hotels that charges this much amount. Literally there is no facelift on the entrance . Just to hop into the hotel from the main road. Rooms are small and furnitures is not looking good . The room was full of sand particles and dusty. Washbasin size is very very small and I presume it is a toy as you can only wash your hands . If you try to wash face all the waters splill out of the washbasin and wet the whole bathroom. No toiletries like tooth paste , brush etc., when we asked for milk powder sachet ( dairy whitener), they said that it was out of stock . No inhouse restaurant. When we checked out and came out of the room at 7 am , the corridor was pitch dark . When we came out of the small lift , the whole area was flooded with water and we were afraid whether we get electric shock . Some how manged without slipping , falling and getting electric shock. Even Rs 1000 worth hotel will be much better than this useless hotel.

It was pathetic . We booked an AC room but AC was not working . No ventilation . No toiletries . The manager was not there to discuss the issue . Didn’t show up

Washrooms flush and water system was not working. It was a mess to manually cleanup with Buckets. Washroom sink was clogging and not clearing up. Overall not a satisfactory experience. Their checkin counter process was slow. The person has to be more faster and quick onboarding customers.

I was told the room is primium with double bed... what i got was 2 single bed room... there was no rooms available when i reached the property. I had to wait at the property for one n half hour for the room to be available evn though i had booked it 2-3days before the stay. Very terrible experience. The rooma were neat but the experience with the atmosphere and staff and availability was very bad. I didnt get the room which i wanted and had to wait for a very long time to get the room.

They denied me a gst invoice, and then i had an argument with them. After checkout, they didn't give me the invoice, even after 24 hours.

Over all a good stay with great staff responding to any concerns and also clean and beautiful rooms especially for a longer stay

Excellent rooms. Clean and quiet. Service is also good. Staff are polite too. You get soap, body wash, dental kit Shampoo and body lotion too.
