Poor Stay
AC wasn't working efficiently....which can be understandable....but upon requesting.....the attender kept coming with ways to convince me that it was working.

Excellent Stay
the check in process was smooth we got the room early and it was great....the reception staff were very cooperative.....the amenities were top tier.... totally loved the experience....even the breakfast was great....room and linen and the washroom was very Hygienic.....overall it was a great stay experience.... kudos to treebo the horizon team

My stay at Treebo The Horizon in Kankanady, Mangalore, was exceptionally pleasant. I was very impressed with the overall experience, which delivered great value. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the general amenities provided were comprehensive and made the stay very convenient. The hotel's location is also quite accessible. A major highlight was the breakfast. It was delicious, offering a good variety of fresh options, and was a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout my time there. The only significant drawback I experienced was with the Wi-Fi speed. While connectivity was available, the speed was often too slow for streaming or for conducting work that requires a stable, fast connection. Improving the Wi-Fi infrastructure would make a huge difference to the guest experience. Overall: I would highly recommend Treebo The Horizon for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Mangalore. If you don't rely heavily on high-speed internet, you will have a fantastic time here!

Location : good Food : breakfast only available - limited options, decent quality Amenities : time for an upgrade Services : good and courteous, however, changing linen and towels should be a practice not to be flipped over.

Needs to improve
No water was provided with breakfast. Washrooms could have been cleaner. Breakfast time is from 8:15 AM only. For people who want to go out early, they should start from 7:00 onwards.

My stay at Treebo in Mangalore was, for the most part, quite good. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. However, I did find the room to be a bit smaller than expected, and the Wi-Fi connection was a little spotty at times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and it offers great value for money."

Rooms are spacious and well ventilated... location is apt.... buffet breakfast is good enough... only issue I had is there parking which is in basement it requires driving skills to park..
