Stay was not that great I was given a normal single bed room But i booked a deluxe room

Worst. Bed bugs all over bed and bed sheet wrost experience . Please don’t never go to this place . no hot water facilities nothing .

The staff was very rude and the room which I booked was very dirty inside and there was a bad odour in the room the walls were dirty and the bed was worse very dirty with stains in it no toiletry’s given I had to go n ask the staff

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to stay inside. The room was not cleaned properly – the floor was dirty, and there were bugs crawling around, which was extremely disturbing. The bedsheets were stained and clearly not washed, and the overall hygiene was completely unacceptable. I couldn’t even sleep properly due to the discomfort and lack of cleanliness. It was so bad that I ended up spending most of the night outside the room just to avoid the awful conditions. This place does not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and your peace of mind – stay somewhere else.

Toilet was tooooooooo high to sit on, for which I may give zero rating. Rest everything was ok. I stayed in Room no 313

it was good except AC problem... staff were ok... they give me early check inn ... that was also good thank you

the people's work there is very nice behavior and the room is good it is budget friendly . i found this property in make my trip then i just booked

We booked 2 rooms toiletries were given only for one room, no hot water inside the room. The rooms were very dirty, in the name of complimentary breakfast gave maggi and bread omlette

No cleaning done, room was stinking very bad once we entered the room, we were 3 and towel provided only 1 they said we just give 1 towel per room, there was no water provided, not hot water kettle, we booked for complimentary breakfast and asked for timing of brkfst the reception person initially denied for breakfast then on raising voice on him that you charged us for breakfast he said we will give only bread omelette I said we are vegetarian so which he asked us to go out for breakfast we shouted again at him how can we ask us to go out to eat after charging for same then he agreed to provide plain taste less maggie for Brkfst and 1 plate bread omelette and which serving he dropped 1 bread on floor also my god, and we asked for plates and spoon for dinner he denied that we dont have spoon at all and plates are over what kind of people they were. I would never recommend this hotel again.

The place was not as good as it was in the pictures and there was no hot water in the rooms, but it was mentioned that hot & cold both water will be there. Horrible experience.

the property was so good and the room was neat but the door looks like very low quality the view from the room was nice and the bed was not much good but it is ok for the price range the behavior was nice by the receptionist overall nice stay

Room was ok with the price range but the doors should be upgraded. No water was given in the room we want to go down 3 floors for taking waters. The view from the room was nice. Hotel and all amenities are very near to the hotel

Worst stay that i have seen so far! fully dirty walls. Dint provide a water bottle and even our complementary brkfast wasn't given! not worth the money.

Not cleaned properly. All the bedsheets were dirty. Like someone used that already. Staying with family in dirty room like that was little disappointed.

Some details written in the description is not true. They do have breakfast options but it is not proper, they have few items listed and it will be given to the room as per order. But, most of the times it is not proper and items are missing. Repeated orders will never be delivered. Sleep, washrooms are ok. No bath towels were provided, when asked they gave one but we were two. When you book this place, all these are shown included. No mineral water is complementary.
