not even provided water bottle switches are very old stinking please don't recommend to anyone

1. Room was not cleaned 2. When asked for glass, hotel person gave some plastic cups which were dirty 3. We ordered food and asked the hotel person for a table or teapoy to have food, he clearly said to have food sitting on the floor 😞, would you expect such behaviour of the hotel staff? 4. Bathroom was very dirty and door was broken, even taps were leaking always. 5. What else is needed to rate my stay.. 6. Really pathetic and horrible experience

My hotel was booked for ak international. However, all the room was sold out so i was transferred to hotel the mansion sp this review is for hotel the mansion the hotel is good i guess it is a new hotel so i couldn’t see much amenities.

The ak hotel stay was good on my personal experience. But they didn't provided me the basic things like soaps, shower gels, pastes etc. I had to pay extra for that.

We ha-ave booked for 5 members in make my trip it was showing that one family room and dulex room they have. Been given only dulex. Room in that we can sleep only 4 members we went for reception we asked their they have toldd that to complain to customer care it is folt of make my trip so worst we should not book in make my trip and rules also they have been mentioned in app but they were not following

The hotel was pathetic and the room was very small, in make my trip we booked a single room for 4 adults but after reaching there the staff were like they were not aware of it and after so many requests they didn’t give us double bed in single room, after that they told us to leave the hotel and said to complain about it to mm t but as we were very tired we managed to stay 2 nights in that hotel.

Unhygienic room and facilities. Not at all a good choice for a family to stay.

Host didn’t turn on ac and said it is complaint, and nor provided another room. They tried to save electric we felt as we got the room for offer and they were unhappy about it.

Room cost paid including breakfast and no breakfast provided. Stayed there for 3 days and asked the manager. He said its not there.

The room was pathetic for name sake hotel is ak international but it is very bad. Cockroaches were there. No bathroom cleaning. Lot of shit is there in commode it was not even flushed. Cleanliness is zero. While booking it was showing one big bed and one small bed in pictures for 3 people where as it was only one bed and when we asked for another cot they just provided single torn-ed mattress for the 3rd person. Even though good rooms are available hotel people are not ready to give them as they are telling you have booked you can raise a concern there but we won't help you. We trusted and booked it but experience is too worst.
