Housekeeping, Room Service and the morning breakfast buffet are right on the money. Valet parking is a good convenience to have.

good reception staff but they charge early check in but overall nice service and food planing next time same hotel

Location of hotel is superb. Food was awesome and the ambience in the room is excellent. But the tragedy is there is a pub above my room the noise was very loud including the vibrations on the door. I had complained this to front office but no one cares about this. This is really pathetic after paying such a huge amount for stay.

good location, nice people, big room and comfortable stay. have not faced any issues while staying in the hotel. its at very good location and they have good parking space too. they have varity of restaurants, choose from pub, bar, pure veg or multi cuisine, everything is available. if you went out in day then need not to think about the dinner, just come have here at property. Breakfast was also decently good.

Had left a brand new jeans in the cabinet and called them & got a respond saying they didn’t find anything .. irresponsible and not at all professional... How can v trust them if they can’t holding to a simple jeans

Courteous staff. Nice cozy rooms. The hotel good reception area. Tough we reached late and were there for a limited. The hotel is no less than any branded 5 star property.

excellent room, great service and staff and equally great buffet breakfast. for the amount they are charging, it's totally worth every single rupee. would gladly recommend this to any one visiting Mangalore

Good location, Staff is very attentive, breakfast is amazing and have ample restaurants to suit your taste. I also use the spa on every visit. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. But overall a good experience.

Stayed here with family for one night in a twin bedroom. We booked at the last minute, reached there by 9:30 pm and the check-in was smooth. So was the check-out. The security, the bell boy and front desk were very helpful. The room was nice, though the cleanliness, especially that of bathroom, can go up few notches. Same hold true for the lift. There is a valet basement parking, which is great. The dinner and complimentary buffet breakfast at The Grand Kitchen restaurant were ok-ish. For the breakfast that happened today (21 Oct, 2025), the cut fruits were kept open and I had to tell the staff to close them and chase away the houseflies!! For the next 5 minutes, a person was running around catching them with a mosquito bat in front of the diners!!! an overdose of Definitely not upmarket standards, but worth a stay for a night.

Room & room service was pretty good. Initially we experienced slow water drainage in the shower area, so we asked the front desk to switch us to a different room. Complimentary breakfast was average, we weren't provided with much options. Other than that we had no complaints and the front desk promptly took up all our queries. Overall it was a moderately good experience.

Overall stay is good. Excellent receptionists who’re always kind and quite helpful. Very good duplex rooms and really enjoyed the stay with family. Only breakfast quality/taste needs to be improved (mainly the South Indian dishes).

We had wash room sink blockages prob it was late night iritating But we were shifted to a suit without much delay , a good gesture

It was a family trip and the hotel staff took good care of us. Valet services was particularly good and they served with a smile. HK staff was also prompt. Tried all their restaurants and their food and service was good. Slightly expensive though but overall a good stay

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean, the staff is sincere and energetic , the food is good

The location is fantastic (right in the city center ), food is decent and the rooms are very spacious. Excellent stay
