Hi . About the property some painting work is going on outside the wall for that even we are unble to open window screen it is very dirty. Comming food. The taste was good. But in breakfast options are very less and also the water bottle which they have kept in the table are not cleaned well.the water cap was very dirty.rest every thing is OK.

The stay at the hotel was excellent. The food was good and the service too was good. The staff were very courteous. However, the valet service at the hotel is questionable. On my arrival the valet person took my key to park and then asked me if the car should be washed. I was happy to agree, next day they charged me a sum of Rs.500/- just for a body wash. Secondly and most importantly, when I went for a walk next day morning, I found the car was not locked and also both the front seat back rest was leaning back, suggesting that someone has slept inside the car. This was confirmed when I started the car the AC was in full blast. I think think the Hotel should take note of this.

I was offered a Suite 704 against my standard single occupancy room. I expressed my doubts on this offer while checking in. Answer given to my query was - offer is as your first visit. Room was neat and clean but AC was not controllable. Rooms were getting chilled in a while but unable to change the temperature. I was forced to put it off.

When I paid for three people we should have got three beds (it wasn’t until I reached the room I realized we were assigned twin beds) since it can’t accommodate three people. There was trash left from previous occupants. The food though was good, including the breakfast

Was there only for a night. Have stayed there several times. Food in restaurant was average. Quick check in and check out. House keeping was quick My only request is that they install a SS supoort railing on their steps leading down to the level where the cars arrive

Decent short stay.

It's a very good hotel for short stays. I booked an Executive room for a day with my family. The rooms are a bit small but very much comfortable. The KniHau restaurant also offers a fine dining experience. Outside paint work is going on, which may obstruct views outside window. But, inside rooms are comfortable.
