On 28 sept and 29 sept, this hotel was occupied with students from bangalore school, hence the hotel had kept very substandard breakfast - They didn't provide us dosa, chef responded to me that he will not serve dosa. Even bakery items like bread butter, jam, cupcakes was not available. No juices, milkshakes, sweets, was served. We were to eat this poor quality food. Even staff over there was behaving like and ignoring us. The moment these students checked out, they started all the missing items in breakfast. I had to face total 2 days loss.
Minibar had some refrigerated bottle which was not listed in tarriff card placed inside the hotel and the day when we checked out, reception showed us bill of refrigerated water and started giving us looks as we have stolen something. Staff didn't greet us while leaving since we didn't pay their bills.
Hope they get well soon as they look bit unstable for water.
