rooms are good . but services provided are below average. no one attend calls when called to reception. two bottles of mineral water ordered were supplied after about half an hour. though extra charges were levied for our child as third person in the room, no extra bed given. room is provided with a tv, but no channels were available and it was kept as a showcase item. customer service not at all good. no staff to receive customers and we had to carry our luggage ourselves from cab to hotel. an avarage service providing place

Home town Galleria service was good. in a way v good as we reached very early than check in time and they helped us with the room in the mid night. of ourse there were some charges, but with child at that mid night getting a room was most important. the breakfast variety was excellent. Nice Experience, But Ended on a Sour Note

I had booked the stay for my family. The room and food were good, and we initially had a pleasant experience. However, the behavior of the staff at the end was quite disappointing. A small towel was reported missing, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff showed a lack of trust by asking to check our bags—something that felt deeply disrespectful. Despite not finding the towel, they still went ahead and charged us for it. This left us with a very negative impression and unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise decent stay.
