Review Of HOTEL BMS

Hotel BMS is part of the well known Ballal Group and this is obvious in the staff training, room design, and food quality. This hotel is very conveniently located for any work at the AJ Shetty Hostel and (multiple) Colleges. I was staying here for the first time but will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to this part of Mangalore.

Hotel BMS is good hotel in mangalore and staff and services is very excellent and restaurants variety and food quality is very good👍

Place was neat and clean. Food was average. My car got damaged due to an open drain which is not visible and they haven’t kept any barricade to avoid that. Also we requested for an invoice which the staff refused to give. Later this was informed to them over phone and we were promised the invoice will be sent by WhatsApp but even that didn’t happen. Overall I’m very disappointed with the experience

We were a group of 7 & had booked 4 rooms. Nice ambience. & good rooms .polite staff. It's a pure veg hotel. & the breakfast had a well spread out . & 100% tasty. south indian menu. We all enjoyed the stay

this is not 4 star hotel. not even 2 star. unwashed pillow, dirty bathroom. my suggestion is pls dont choose this hotel. completely disappointed...

Location is great. Just 2 km from the KSRTC bus stand. They have a vegetarian restaurand - the food quality was average. They have a good buffet breakfast, but the qualiity of food can improve. Amenities include spacious rooms, great AC, and a working desk. Bathrooms are quite spacious, but you dont get hot water after 10 am. They had a bathtub in the bathroom, but I couldnt use it as there was no hot water. The bathroom had a constant smell - I wish the hotel would look into that.

Wasn’t a good stay at all, the rooms were dusty, bed sheet wasn’t that clean, toilet was stinky. Few years back when I stayed here, it was well maintained. Would not recommend this now

Stay was sufficient for us after full day outing for 2 days. AC, bathroom, services were all great. Bed was comfortable and friendly staff.

Its very good, Location is very easy to identify,

The bathtub wasn't clean, there were hair strands and it was stained also And there were only 2 dental kits, when we booked 3 beds room

We got welcomed by top class receptionist who provided a Clean hygienic well maintained room with good food from attached Palm grove restaurant. Though little far from city but besides Dmart, had an exciting stay in BMS.

Good spacious rooms , well maintained, supporting staff, value for money
