We stayed in a suite. it was very comfortable except for the bed which needs to be changed as it is soft. overall we had a great stay. Good and pleasing staff. Good quality food. Great Spa and Salon

1. Room had bad smell. Could be due to some non vegetarian food left over by previous guests or some heavy perfume still left on the mattress cover and quilt. 2. We were expecting breakfast in vegetarian restaurant available in the ground floor, but they arrange the same in a non vegetarian restaurant

We were on family vacation . Location is very good and convenient . Food is very tasty , breakfast varieties good and tasty. All the staff helpful and friendly I will definitely recommend this place

The quality of food was good. One of the days, there was a power issue at around 6 AM and for 30 minutes, there was no water in the bathroom.

The location is great..very central and accessible. Efficient staff and nice clean rooms. Buffet options at the Tide cafe were not up to the mark. Limited options and not the best quality. Staff is very polite and attentive, food is the best in all three restaurants. Only best hotel in Manglore

The rooms are clean and moderately spacious. All the amenities are good. Food was good in all the restaurants. Breakfast spread was huge. Pool was under renovation went we visited. Staff are helpful and courteous.

The property is located prime in the center of the city with easy access to all nearby locations . Excellent reception and 5 star rooms and service . The stay also has a veg restaurant , a non veg retro bar , and its own buffet system restaurant open to all with even midnight access . The hotel also has an infinity pool with a gym and a spa open to access to all guests from early morning to late night . The room service is prompt and regular cleaning of rooms on demand is done . My favourite was the laundry access with immediate ironing and dry cleaning of my suit and formal wears for a wedding which I visited the city to attend . The hotel also arranges cab service for pick up and drop to the airport and railway station .

I found The Ocean Pearl Mangalore is an excellent place to stay . Location is in prime area , good spacious rooms , very comfortable. Service was good , staff are helpful and polite. Food also was good , restaurant was excellent. Parking was available in the basement, not an issue. Overall excellent place . Would prefer to stay and recommend the hotel to all . Thank you
