PLEASENT EXPERIENCE CHECK IN. COURTIOUS STAFF MEMBERS, ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND WHTEVER REQUEST MADE ATTENDED WITH SMILE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD - SPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO ENJOY SOUTH INDIAN.

There was lot of noise from the live music in the premises making us very difficult to get good sleep and room fridge was not working , poor response from house keeping

Good food, room spacious,helpful staff. No Hassle stay.amazing view from the lobby. Central location. Shopping complex nearby.

The hotel didn't have laundry bag and additional dental kits for second person stayed

The location is very good, and the rooms are of a decent size. However, the bathrooms are quite old and have visible stains. Rooms are price as per facility.The restaurant and breakfast service were quick and efficient. Overall, there are not many complaints.

Location on MG Road is very convenient for both business and leisure travellers. Rooms are clean and well maintained but not luxurious. South Indian breakfast has wide variety but no eggs, dosa counter.

The rooms are clean and quite well maintained but they're old and this is especially noticeable in the washroom. Also, the air conditioning in the rooms is really bad. It takes hours and hours for the room to cool down to the extent that it feels like the AC isn't even working. We had to call maintenance to make sure.

The best part of the hotel is it's location and breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff can be more cordial.

Bad services ,just one low pillow, very slow lift, just one was operating, very average breakfast. Absolutely dis satisfied

I came to know about this hotel through my friend, he was stayed here a year back. Breakfast was very delicious and haning lot of varieties which made me more happy. House keepimg and room services are very neat and tidy.

It is an old property, washrooms are very dirty. For the price they are charging, services are not at par. Worst part about the stay is there is no mobile network in rooms. I had 2 sims, both were not working there. Even wifi doesn't work well. They took more than 40 mins to get my wifi started when I needed it. So overall terrible stay

It was refreshing to be met with such hospitality which we used to get 17 years back when we had stayed in Mangalore. Thank you Deepa Comforts. Vegetarian food was good. Keep it up.

A/c was not working despite best efforts put by staff of hotel . Next they worked again on aircondition, they were able to restore some cooling . I had to on fan so I could sleep . Make my trip could help me. They were bothered about their profits then their customer.

Stayed a night in this hotel when transiting via Mengaluru to catch a flight. Excellent service right from from desk to check out. Good for a short stay or if if city for business trip. The restaurants that are part of the hotel are very good and value for money. The hotel room we stayed in was a little outdated but we'll maintained - some parts of the bathroom like shower curtains can do with a good scrub.

Excellent location. Comfortable and clean room. Bathroom was also clean with hot water available 24 hours. The mattresses on the bed in my room had lost their firmness. The restaurants on site are very good and reasonably priced. Overall, the hotel is good for a short stay.
