The rooms were clean and spacious, staff were polite and helpful

Room was very Good . Bugt the Rest room was not up to the mark . The pipes were damaged and the partion in the bathroom was broken and water got scattered all over the ares . We cannot expect a dry bathroom . Rest all ok

Disgusting room, not at clean, horrible experience

Location is good. But poor lighting in the rooms, damaged door lock in one room and bad smell in the bathrooms all made the stay an unpleasant experience.

Excellent stay food was great allowed extra time so that i can complete the meeting i was attending at the hotel

Location is next to road side. Rooms are average for the cost they charge. Toilet was a total let down. Absolutely badly kept & dirty. Morning buffet was below average. Food served were poori bhaji, upma, stale bread with butter & jam, boiled eggs, soggy corn flacks, cubed fruits (watermelon, pineapple, papaya) & watermelon juice. The breakfast hall was dirty & had a bad smell. I won’t recommend this hotel for family as by evening we saw many ppl around the hotel as there is a bar & loud noises & music in the adjacent rooms till late at night. I didn’t know about this, if known i wouldn’t have booked this place. Next morning when i wanted to iron my cloth & asked for an iron box with board i got an iron box but no board. The attendent said he was not sure if they had any. I am still in shock. It was mentioned regarding the amenities in the room, but it wasn’t even there in the room. I booked my room thinking it’s the best choice but. I’ll not recommend this hotel for families. For ppl or precisely men who want to drink & spend night in hotel this might be the place. Another thing is they don’t accept international cards so had to get cash to pay them as i am an international traveler.

Elegant landscape, beautiful fontaine at front, serene locale. Rooms are clean, working ac, ample space, excellent room service. I would recommend to my friends.

But there are few issues: 1. The management has to give more importance in micro issues like proper lock and handle for doors, including the windows. 2. The bedsheets should be fresh when new occupants enter the room. To me it was not. 3. How ever, the service was very good, as they addressed issues immediately when i brought it to their notice. 4. The restaurant provides very good food. 5. The staffs are very amiable and friendly.

Wonderful comfortable homely feel staying for 3 days. This raj residency at kanjangad is designed with spacious rooms, neat and tidy decor, huge windows, hygienic toilets with roomier bathroom attached with glass partitions. It is not congested even outside with enough space for walking under tree shades. Courteous well-behaved staff with pleasant attitude, that makes the stay very comfortable. Points to improve. Not a complaint 1. Can fix handle bars inside the bathroom & toilet space to support especially after a bath when the entire floor seems slippery. 2. Can fix more than 1 bath stand for a soap, as today we carry body wash, shampoo, conditioner, face wash atleast 4 items - hence need a steel side rack or wider stand to keep thee. Apart from spectacles which needs proper stand so that it does not fall down and break glasses. 3. Bathroom mat shall help to a certain extent when the space is wet. 4. Cleaning staff should be tidying the room (at any mutual convenient appointed time) when the guests are booked for 4 days, all the more because, they are using for 4 days.

Room, housekeeping and other facilities are great. Food is average

Stay was good. Reception staff good, cleanliness, ambiebce, facilities all very good. Breakfast was slightly slow service. Bathroom rolls, tissues, toiletries, towel etc. Were not p resupplied but only on request.

Rooms are pretty clean and good linen. Bed is comfortable for 2 adults and a child of 12yrs. Food from the restaurant is authentic kerala style. Mouth watering. Nikhil from restaurant is very helpful and solved my early morning breakfast. Biggest asset are the staff here. Fo, housekeeping, restaurant all were very professional as a d felt at par with 5 star standards. I was not expecting much from this hotel but they went beyond. Keep it up
