Sooryavamshi Residency

Ambience of this stay is good. They have maintained a surrounding in clean manner. Good service

I was booked for 1st nova on suryavamshy residency and my checkin time was 2pm. I reached residency at 2. 50pm as per the reception no room available and they are not ready to accept my confirmed booking. They told me that are having issue with make my trip booking because booking was confirmed 1st nova morning so they cant accept the booking. They will take the booking for next day only. I left from the reception and i contact make my trip customer service within 5 minutes customer service executive talked to somebody and told me to give the mobile to the reception. Then they accepted the booking. Customer service executive ms. Thripthi given me full support. Do not encourage this type attitude from residencies. As i was also from an service industry. This will affect the good will and trust of make my trip.

Neat and clean rooms. Good ambience. Staff is polite and friendly. Would be good if they had breakfast available.

Good ambience to stay. Light music always from outside giving you a good atmosphere. I rally like the place

The stay was terrible. The room was in poor condition, and the ac was not working. I vacated within an hour due to the room's bad condition. So, i lost money.

Clean rooms, clean bedsheets, clean toilets and the much needed privacy. What else do you need.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life, ac not working, power cutting at night, people making noise at the reception in the morning

It was a good and pleasant stay with good ambience. And very friendly staffs. The room maintained so clean.

Staffs are good but baathroom shower is not working, door locks are cracked and even bathroom has no soap holder we have to hold the soap or have to place on flush tank that was my terrible experience

Overall good bathrooms are quite hygienic air ventilation is less.

Our stay at sooryavamshi kanhangad was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast served was simple but good. Room is spacious enough to accommodate three guests. Location is prime with ample parking space.

Hotel location is not near to bus stand, but ok located on highway itself. Rooms are clean but in my room toilet lock was not available, seems it got damaged. Staffs are really good, friendly. Over all its nice hotel to stay in this region.

Calm atmosphere, away from the rush of the city

Of the 3 rooms only one was good. On e room was not usable due to the strong insecticide smell wreaking in the bathroom. The other room had no hot water facility. We had to carry it from the other room. Overall a not so good experience. Good place but badly maintained.

We booked 2 rooms for one day. We reached hotel at 7pm on 10th september the the hotel called as 3 star no proper light reception looks like black magic center with a some smelly and no rest we entered after check in and vacated immediately we had horrible experience. Mm t should inspect before listing hope mm t will do the needful to avoid such nightmare
