Resort room was average. Hospitality was average. Location was best. Ambience was good. Over priced for average experience

Steve was average the property location is good. Rooms are big, but it lacks basic necessities. Food is also average does not have lot of options The game room is not available as it is shown in the images. Most of the machines from the game room are not working.

Excellent property and superb stay. Staff behaviour is also good. Yummy food at all times. Nice and preferable stay at matheran.

Location and food good but amenities & service very cheap and poor we can say nil this may be due to some inefficient staff

No game is going on in the game zone at the resort, people have to think about it because after 5-6 o'clock all the people return to the resort, so later to pass the time the game zone has to be made a little better, all the other SUVIDHAS are very big only apart from the game zone

Hotel Manager not allow hot milk in the room for kids. We have request multiple time

We had a wonderful stay at Adamo The Resort in Matheran on 5th and 6th July'25. The accomodation is little bit costly per night for the room for 4 persons with 2 double beds (4/5). The location is at walkable distance (600m) from station and in the market and on the main road (5/5). The property is well maintained. Room was neat and clean, comfortable, with a specious balcony and offered lovely swimming pool view. In fact all rooms are so arranged that every room has pool view (5/5). Staff were courteous, prompt, and made us feel at home (5/5). Housekeeping was regular and the bathrooms were well-maintained (5/5). Proximity to viewpoints and peaceful environment were big plus points (5/5). We opted for Breakfast and Dinner. Please note that this resort is pure vegitarian. The food was freshly prepared, zero spicy. But owing to the taste issue, we opted to eat outside. Food rating (3/5). Highly recommended for a calm weekend getaway amidst nature with family.

Best place for stay. location of Resort very near to market and view points. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner is so testy.

Resort is decent & in the market..food not many options but lot of restaurents around !! All rooms are with balconies pool facing & clean.

location is very near to Matheran railway station. food is awesome. you will love it. amenities: Good service: faced one issue with the lunch part. was unable to reach property before 2 pm. contacted hotel staff, they were not able to help us with the same. paid extra amount for lunch. hence given good instead of excellent.

The property is good, rooms are well maintained and so are the linen and so is the food. Staff is supportive and quick to respond. For Monsoon season I suggest the management to keep room fresheners in each room to control the smell of dampness which can be understood due to climate. With all this, I feel the property charge is about 20-25% on the premium side considering the facilities and amenities.

The hotel was okay for a short stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was polite but check-in process can be smooth,The room was clean but felt a bit outdated, and the amenities were very basic. Intercom was not working properly & it was frustrating.

We booked a Dulux vill in Adamo Matheran. In room hotel denied providing tea and coffee sachet which is complementary in most of the good hotels. We had taken dinner and breakfast in the package. The food was very spicy and not of good taste. iIn the room AC switch and intercom was not working. Bring your tooth brush and paste while coming as we were denied providing the same for 4 person.

Perfect getaway! Delicious meals, prompt room service, and impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommend.
