Horseland Hotel and Mountain Spa

The stay was good, the food quality and variety was also good. The rooms were also good . If there are any way they want suggestions they can also provide toiletry kits like other hotel chains.

The room is not good. No TV, No Telephone to contact the receptionist, need to go down from the 3rd floor all the time. Torn blanket. Food is ok but not worth per person if taken seperately Other amenities like pool, musical games, DJ are fantastic.

Amenities were good, breakfast /lunch/dinner was 7/10, better than expected, but rooms were ridiculous. Foul smelling, poor furniture almost 0 furniture. Bed and mattress were in real bad condition. Staff was helpful but can't help much when it comes to stay.

1)Room was very bad 2)ac was not working in one room[I had booked 2 rooms for my family] 3)bed sheets were smelling 4)no light in the washroom of one of the rooms 5)location of the room was very bad 6)there was no proper space for my children to move around ,everything was very conjusted 7) it was very expensive for the amount I booked and what I got ,the rooms were not even worth 1000 rs The only thing nice was the pool and the food was average

Bad experience

The rooms are very average, The food is very costly so i quit the food package. The hotel area is very congested, no open space, no garden space, no open area for playing badminton, No swing available for couples sits and relax. only the swimming pool is good, washroom also not clean, didnt get Hot water in morning, Totally Average experience. very costly than what we get.

Rooms are very low quality

Hotel rooms were very messy and untidy and prices were over priced as per the room expectations

The property is spacious, and the front desk staff was helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, the maintenance left much to be desired. There were insects and bugs in the washroom, peeling paint on the walls, and out of all the lights and charging sockets, only one was functional, with the rest being fused or non-operational.

It was a quite good location. Had a good stay. Thank you horseland team matheran.

Worst facility and poor services also very unhygienic rooms not maintain cleanliness not recommended this hotel and also outside hotel in road side not recommend

Property location is very good, nearby to station, food was good but could have been better. Hotel staff is very good. Responsive and humble. Definitely will suggest to friends and relatives, if they plan. Daily activities in evening makes stay very comfortable and entertaining

This hotel very dirty all meals no tasty food room ac not working room service not available bathroom very bad bathroom tissue room paper not found drink water not available in room dinner table very dirty hot water in bathroom 24 hours not available. Hotel staff not supporting hotel room at booking time show but give others room. Please next not fraud any person this hotel against.

I had searched hotel in matheran Horseland which was perfect matched with my budget.

Hotel room not proper and clean, the property was so old, no calling bells in rooms. Old style key and lock in door. Not clean in room, hotel staff also behave not good, i have booked hotel in dulux approx 4000 plus per day rent. Thay provide in hotel room only rs 2 sope 3 pcs no sampu, no welcome mineral water, only one can regular water. Hotel entrances rode also not good like villages land road, no maintaining rode. My room in hotel door also break i add in pic.

It was pathetic. The 007 room was allotted not worth the money i spend total 4500- and even it was without meal i visited this hotel in my childhood school picnic that time the hotel room was pretty and beautiful though for the memory i book the same hotel to recollect my school memory but i never thought it will be so worst memory of my life i will never suggest anyone to visit dis property for any family function or any occasion for the hotelier background the guest satisfaction is most important repo to make their stay comfortable.

It’s a beautiful place, very close to market. Out would be great if they offered a good restaurant service as well.
