Pathetic experience! Do not waste your money
Very unclean rooms. Toilet and washroom area was messy. Spider webs. Dust on the fan was falling down when fan turned on. There was no cupboard/ hangers in the room to keep the wet cloths. They did not even provide the water bottle. Wi-Fi was also on and off. They are calling it 3 star property, not at all worth it! We requested to change the room but they did not change saying all rooms are same. Food was good though.

Not value for money.
Old property and not maintained well. Many surprises at the time of check in and check out. Asked for extra money for Children even though it was part of package eventually shared the booking details.

Worst Experience
groupThis hotel doesn't look anything like they have posted in photos. It is an ill maintained property. We found snakes and frogs in the pool. Beds linens nothing was cleaned. You can even see spiders and other insects everywhere. Worst experience after paying such hefty amount. Totally not worth it.

Pathetic rooms and services
The location of resort is good but the rooms are in pathetic conditions. Room was stinking, besheets had stains on it. No wardrobe, dressing table was old. And it w as uselss. There was no soap in washroom. Telephone and tv was not operating.

Average Stay
The resort is decent as far as location and natural beauty is concerned. However, the room and amenities are of pretty average level with even the basic toilet etc have issues of flush not working properly. The rooms are good in size and have ac also but during the day time the voltage does not appear to support ac leading to feeling hot. The same was fine during the night though. The food quality and taste is ok. For the first time visitors the resort is at a height so one needs to leave the vehicles at the parking from where one has to go up for about 35-40 minutes. We hired horses for the same which cost us rs 1200 per person. This included the other sightseeing as well and rhea ascent to the property but excluded descent since we were to stay here one night. There was huge bargaining for the rates of the horses with the quotes being from rs 2600 per person to rs 1500 per person. Finally after a lot of bargain we could close at rs 1200 per person. The horse ride was an awesome experience for sure, though.

Average place with mediocre service and facilities
familyAverage place with only mediocre facilities. Not so clean rooms, linen not changed unless asked by the customer. Tv was not working, intercom not working, limited food option, very slow customer service.

Good Stay
Room was big in size, but no place to keep thing like wardrobe, variety of food was not availabel, hot water supply was at limited time only. Place was good and area also very near to station

Excellent Stay
Met the expectation. The stay was really good along with two meals which were very nice. The kids had a good time. We had only planned for a day's trip. Should plan for more than a day's trip, so that enough time can be spent in the hotel as well as outside.

Good Stay
Nice property, recently renovated and hence everything is new. Clean and spacious bathroom, big room however the bed and mattress were too hard, mirrors needs to be replaced. There is a need for a wardrobe, since it’s recently renovated i guess that too will be procured soon. Nice staff and good homely food. Wifi is not accessible in rooms which needs to be improved.

Great location
soloGreat location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

Treebo trend cecil is a good property and has a good space to be utilised and maintained currently they have taken care at the front side from the gate but needs more maintenance and improvements. What i found good: 1. Rooms were spacious enough. Both premium and deluxe were good. I had taken both 2 rooms since i was with my family. 2. Food and breakfast was nice. 3. Surroundings are good 4. Easy walk from market about 10 mins. 5. Good supportive and co-operative staff what can be improved more: 1. My tv was not working. They told some cable is broken and that needs to be replaced. It was not done. 2. The room needs to be provided with bathroom mats and mops 3. Need to provide good night electric mosquito repellent machines or liquid since lots of mosquitoes in room 4. Space needs to be maintained and include more children playing area 5. The swimming pool was not that clean. Needs to be maintained. 6. Dining area needs to be given a good facelift. Currently its just an old hall area. So the dining area can be made in some open area with good sitting space as they have lots of space around. 7. Should provide mineral water bottles everyday as complimentary things 8. Rooms do not have wardrobes and good door locks. That needs to be done. Should provide good furniture inside the rooms
