Room was not clean, food was unhygienic and lots of noise were there, couldn't sleep properly

The hotel is at the prime location just 2-3 mins walk from matheran railway station. The activities they conduct line games, magic show are engaging. However, felt highly prized as compared to the amenities. Washrooms are not up to the mark, hygiene is average.

Excellent Stay
Great place to stay as a family hotel is very much excessible by walk or horse decent stay. Hot water in morning. Clean n hygeine.

familyOne of the good place to stay in matheran. They have various activities like housie, karaoke, etc. It is very close to market and for kids, they can enjoy surrounding with monkeys

Good stay
Overall stay was good. Somethings can be improved like food hall which was a bit messy and seemed unhygienic. But the quality of food was good.

Decent stay
familyIts a decent property & food was good. They also had puppet show and couple of other events. It’s in main market, 10 minutes walk from train station. Pool time is from 9:00am to 5:00pm which i think should be extended in morning or evening.

Only positive thing about this place is it is close to the marke
The rooms are very ok compared to their prices. The restaurant service is very poor and the food is average. The magic show was pretty good though.

It's pleasant stay at kumar plaza. We as a family enjoyed a lot. Food was awesome. Staff were up to mark in their service. And evening activities were thorough entertainment. Overall nice and pleasant stay. Will prefer stay here again.

Good location
The hotel is close to the market and the staff was cordial. Requested for late check out and was allowed to do that. They have a facilty to keep baggage post check out which helps to explore the market even after checking out. It was a good experience.

The super delux room has old window ac that made so much noise, could not sleep throughout night, no warm water. For 6. 4 k it’s was a terrible experience.

Average hotel for the facilities available as compared to the rates. Simple dental kit was not available. Cleanliness is a concern. Room was spacious though. Only saving grace was the food including the morning breakfast. Will skip this hotel from my watchlist for future
