Review Of THE WAYSIDE INN

Service was good. We called for dinner in the night. Food was very tasty at a reasonable price. Hotel was 5 min walking distance to monkey point where we saw sunset also.

Please don't go to this resort. If you have a lot of money please throw it away in a dustbin or burn it but never book in this hotel. The rooms are filthy and everything is old and broken. Dining area is the worst i have ever seen in my life. We as a family had a terrible experience and got depressed after reaching there.

Rooms were ok but no wardrobe provided. Great trouble of monkeys. You can't enjoy your hotel stay as u can't keep the doors open due to the fear of monkeys. Shortage of hotel staff.

We did booking a day before our trip. Service is too good, very neat and clean, clean swimming pool. Value for money.

No hygiene, no cleanliness in the room. Room was smelling a lot and charges of room were too high. Not worth money. Only lunch and dinner was good.

The hote is not at all worth of money. Very badly maintained. No basic facilities like hot water we had booked all meal package. But checked in late. So missed our lunch. When we requested to get in arranged next day. They just denied. They even forced us to check out exactly at 10. 00 saying hotel is full the room which was given was full of stain n dirt

It's very horrible experience in matheran, food is ok, but frog in tupbath, smell are very bad.

The rate of the hotel was expensive as compared to the service offerings, food and service given. Rooms absolutely pathetic, plastic doors, no intercom, no menu. You get a hand written slip as to what's offered in lunch or dinner, swimming pool is a 3 feet (0.91 m) hole dug in ground, restaurant is 3 plastic tables with plastic sheet and plastic chairs with spoons on tables. We paid for all this thing for one night. MMT needs to do proper homework before their reputation gets blown by promoting such operators who attract tourists with attractive photos.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff was cooperative. The room was good. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very well conveniently located. Surrounding is very peaceful and tranquilizing. It is couple and family friendly resort. Wish to come again. Overall a good experience.

Worst experience of hotel, I have stayed in my life, bed sheet so smelly.

Worst hotel! Most misbehaving staff, dirty sheets, did not provide warm water for Bath, when asked for it they keep on saying we will provide but later they said how do we know you need warm water and started misbehaving. Guy's name is Sumit. Never book this hotel! Worst
