Gujarati Marwadi Food Park View Resort

Room was not upto the mark. No basic facilities available. No place to hang clothes, no cupboard, no soap case, no handwash, jet spray was broken, leakage in toilet. Hot water supply was too limited that we took bath with almost half a bucket water.

Hotel cleanliness was not upto the mark. Also rooms are not meet quality standards compare to prices. Other hotels with same price provide quality infrastructure

Very poor condition at hotel no tv no phone no proper wifi. Foods quality not good. Owners lax support you should verify all details before suggestions to your custome.

Pathetic reception service, pathetic room and pathetic washroom. I will never ever stay here. Also will never referred with some one else. Very much disappointed with the services.

As per mmt, property name is fujrati mar-wadi cottage, but actual it has been changed 2 months back and no one is having idea about this cottage. I had to struggle a lot to find this cottage.

Room walls are dusty. No table or cupboard. Bathroom is bigger than living room.

We were 2 couple who stayed at Hermitage, very nice property with all modern amenities in Matheran, nice food for veg thali, good taste, value for money and all ok.

A first visit the Matheran, the hermitage neat and clean, room and bathroom very good service, very tasty breakfast including the room package. Overall good value for money.

First thing, The hotel is too far from Matheran Station. The cottage is not feasible for couples. Food needs to be ordered from outside. Toilet was not clean. The bed was not clean. Wifi was not accessible in room. Mobile network not available. Location not good. Instead you get a good hotel at cheaper rates in market area. We did The same and cancelled The room. Lost our money.

Location was far from The City. Not Worth. Staff were not there. They provided food from outside. Not neat and clean at all.

Visit 12 Feb. 2020 to 13th 2020, I and my family had an excellent stay in hotel The Hermitage in Matheran. Hotel was clean and well maintained and all the staff were very polite and helpful, room was clean and food was tasty, overall is good.

Nice to staying. Good breakfast and dinner. Staff is very helpful. Room size is big and good cleanness. Peacefully located.

The hotel was forest view. One very pretty from outside. The staff paid personal attention to us serving all meals to our room neat and clean bathroom. Overall good.

Matheran has always been one of my most favourite places and so is this hotel. Really loved being here. Hope to visit here soon. Would suggest you guys just go and visit.

Hotel location is good, but service is unexpected, on every small things was argument from caretaker. Decent place but need to maintain.
