I had booked 5 rooms. When we got there, the room was being painted. Besides, the entire room was empty. Still, they didn't give us a room close to each other, but gave us a room far away. There was no TV in the room, no mirror.

it was good experience. food was nice and location is also good. overall experience was good

services by Nerurkar Woodside property holder are good. i found the location by searching and asking. Cleaning is good, very supportive and good communication. i would like to suggest to stay there.

Hotel location is near to all the points & Hotel staff services is very good ,Rooms are also neat and clean .

Property is located a bit distance from the market. The indoor and outdoor games are not readily available need to request for arrangement. Food quality is poor, rotis are half cooked, poha in the breakfast was very poor taste and quality. Utensils are not properly washed, spoons are black because of accumulation of soap and food particle from back side. Quantity of food was also not as per the request. Cleanliness is also not maintained inside the room. Not a good hotel if you are planning to visit with kids. Poor Hygiene in canteen, it was smelly. Food varieties are also less, no sweets are served with food. evening tea, may be it will chargeable, need to check at reception even the no any snacks is served with it. I have selected all meal included option while booking, but still i was not provided the complete meal, it was breakfast with either lunch or dinner. Bad experience messed my trip

Need to do some plumbing work. And fan is so far from bed so u cant sleep properly

We had a good experience. Quiet and Calm Atmosphere. We played badminton, carrom etc. It is at a walkable distance both from Market and Railway Station.

Beautiful hotel in natural atmosphere of matheran, cordial staff, clean rooms and peaceful location away from market.

Room picture was different from original that shown, ac remote was not available bathroom was not clean there is stain inside bathroom. Bedsheet not cleaned and blanket and also have so many stain. Hot water not availabe they told if need hot water they will bring, paid money for stay and nothing is proper

There is pathetic room there is poor hygiene crockroch in the room never stay in will never recommend if they offer free no stay

Food and service staff is ok. Amenities is only wifi you can use. Garden is good but they are unable to provide hot water in room. We used to bucket for bath and they provide dirty water. In that much amount i feel very sad about room booking here.

Good stay with polite & helpful staff

The hospitality is good. The staff were very polite and helpful. Its just that the facility and infrastructure needs a majos boost. Especially cupboards, toilets, and room asthetics.

Hotel ambience and location is very good but rooms are not so clean. The toilet was very dirty and very badly smelling. Lots of mosquito and insects was there in the room.

Beautiful atmosphere, nice location and very supporting staff. Food facility excellent. Good for both couple and family stay.
