everything perfect, very silent place no unnecessary noice from outside nice room

In monsoon there is no TV in the room other than that every thing was good (A/c , Room service , cleanliness ) but only exception was TV

The rooms were clean , hygenic .... Facilities are nice .. and the staff is also helping ....

Got one of the best rooms in a hotel which has one of the rarest pictures of a neon trail leaving moth with a silvery hue, a very fantastic place nesled in the middle of Panoramic Waterfalls and also has excellent and well groomed horses, seek horse "Saket" one of the best!

The stay at Mauli Nivas was between shanties. The advertisement posted on the app is misleading. There was no one in the entire building at the time. Had to rebook to a different hotel for stay

There is no TV no Wi-Fi no communication skill code stop behaviour and not as like same as room I want to refund my money

Not a proper service. No towels are provided. Also, no hote water in room. Nor response from property manager as event not picking up the call. So arrogant

It was a wonderful experience overall. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was well-organized. The staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return again in the future. Thank you for the great experience!

Stayed in the ground floor room. The property is very near to the Matheran toy train station and the main market. Geyser and TV were there. The room was clean, but the wifi was a bit slow and intermittently breaking.

Location was good but the place was good the surrounding was not, no one was there at reception and requested them multiple times to on AC & Wifi

The room is not bad & is clean. But no tv & external space not maintained well. Is in an inner place which is called muslim mohalla. There is a drain just beside it & kabristan just a little down the road. The tea was very good & staff helpful but could have maintained the place better

The hot water supply was limited to few hours in morning. There was no tv, only one towel was give between 2 people, drinking water was not provided and they don't have water purifier also.

Good about Property 1.hot water avilable 2.spacious property 3.Blacket available 4. average cleanliness 5.Property is located near from station and start point of most visited attractions such as Lake and Eco point Not that good things 1.its exactly attached to a "gattar"(any which way it was not bothering bcz good air-conditioning system ) 2.Its located in a slum area 3.No having any good view as such it's good for family/friends both groups ,if you want a budget friendly stay and just want to occupy for luggage and just rest out there

It was good experience but ac was not switched on even though have booked ac room. Room was average and bathroom facilities to be improved.

Terrible Hotel Experience We booked the hotel expecting it to match what was mentioned during the booking. Initially, I was suspicious when I saw that they listed pillows as an amenity, but I chose to ignore it — the biggest mistake I made. Upon arrival, we found no AC, no TV, no hot water, and dirty rooms. The surrounding area resembled a slum, which we understand is beyond their control, but the other issues were well within their power to manage. Despite having two guests, we were provided with only one towel, which was filthy and looked like it had been used for over ten years. When we asked for a new one, they shamelessly replied that we shouldn’t expect a new towel because it was washed, and that should be good enough. The hospitality deserves a score of zero, and they gave us a cheap Rs 3 soap. What a terrible experience! A 2K hotel should not offer such horrendous conditions. After we complained, they only put a battery in the AC remote. It felt like we were troubling them by being there. They should have mentioned that the amenities listed were just for marketing purposes. To top it off, I even found a hole in the blanket they provided. one more important point there is no way to contact room service as the phone number written behind the door is out of service
