our room was shifted to other hotel in that one room given was small no extra mattress given as per booking

Location is so worst. Food was not available. Cleaning also very bad, even bedsheet was not changed, monkey was always on the door, monkeys comes into rooms everytime, .... facilities is like zero.... Actually......I am very old customer of the "make my trip".....but this time I want my money back..... please call me......because rent of the property is also so high compared to other very good properties........

The rooms were clean and nice very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. food are also best just like home wise service

Washrooms were not clean and need maintenance as water were leaking out from flash tank and sinks also there were little cockroaches

It was good and clean

It was good overall. The fan was a bit loud, but didn't need it much due to good weather. Overall the experience was good. It was just beside the railway station so it was easy to commute. The owner was really cooperative and the chai arranged by him was really good.
