Altaf motel

Recently, i had a terrible experience with this hotel. There rooms and hotel are not what you see in the pictures. It is different. Rooms are dirty and small, have suffocation, location is near to railway station but it is on back side of market and place is also not clean. I didn’t checked in because it was difficult to stay there and i lost my money. I didn’t get proper response from them. It would be difficult to contact as network issue in matheran. it would be terrible experience. Better don’t book this hotel.

Dirty rooms walls door dirty foul smelling garbage dumping outside rooms horrible smell return same day without night stay lizards bugs in room. We left room in 3 hours.

I had the worst stay at the hotel. The rooms were not clean at all. There were cockroaches in the room. The hotel staff was not supportive at all. Overall i had a very bad experience.

Clean rooms and supportive staff. View is also attractive. Near to railway station and market. All point is accessible from this hotel.

Hotel is located at walking distance from station and market. Service was good. Hotel is clean and neat

It was just an adjustment stay as if someone could not get any place to stay for a night.

There is nothing like amenities not worth of 1k where i charged 3. 5k, now onward s i never book any hotel through mmt there is deemak in wall cockroaches in bathroom light lamp is loose and it fall on ground with open wire in night no lamp working need more power to open door lock no security ugly smell with mosquito con't say experience now my friends asking where you stay in matheran i embrace to say that i stayed hotel like altaf motel review of this hotel is manipulated.

Good for small budget picnic. Couple apartment is good. D av is coordinator who provide best services over and above. Just more cleanees required rest all good.

Very good got bigger room due to maintenance of booked room very humble and guided for tours and other help also

Not proper cleaning, bad odour from bedsheets.

I stayed in altaf motel with my mom & 3years kid. I booked for inter connect room, which i got at the time of check-in. I rated 4 because of dev who was a care taker of that motel. I asked him to blow few ballons as i want to click few pictures of my kid while cutting the cake as his post birthday celebration. And he was so quick in that. He was just a call away. About room i would say, not maintained. Both the latches were broken. I even took the pictures of it. Bedsheets were smelling bad.

It was comfortable in a local lactation, but room space not sufficient to move. It was comfortable for the only for a night rest, not to more time spend in a room

The room was very good and services are neat and clean

The mattress seemed like they hadn't been washed for ages, there were termites and bed bugs roaming freely in the room, service on call did not exist

please next time show its good hotel. 👍

Good property with polite and respectful staff, needs to work hardly on wifi connections.

Staff was very co operative. We went through bike during return journey our bike got vacuum problem so we called ashish our room owner to help us. He make sure we get down safely. Thanks for the immense help. Overall experience was nice. They allowed us to decorate the room

I have been here for the 1st time, the hotel was good enough to stay and ash-if was very caring and very friendly. We enjoyed it, even he was available at midnight. Great experience.

This hotel in the middle of the market, also proper hygienec.
