I had a comfortable stay at green heaven cottage non ac room in matheran Our overall one day stay experience is excellent We are enjoy matheran green environment day and night We feel relaxed and comfortable at matheran Matheran great mini train Seena in balcony of green heaven cottage Very nice experience beauty of mini train also matheran nature Overall Nature feel and experience is comfortable and nice at matheran one day stay in green heaven cottage

When I called the property owner, he told me the address of the proper hotel location. The room was clean but under the bed was not clean, the door lock of the room was also not proper.

Only provide room no service no one is available just give key and gayab

Washroom was filled will pests, bed was having full smelly bed sheets on the whole managed my 1 night stay. Worst experience ever.

There is only a small room with with one double bed, no one available to show the room and there is no service for food, wifi, tv, handwash. Even there is no room freshner also bed sheet blankets and pillow covers are not so cleaned

Overall poor. With dirty bedsheet and blanket as if it's never been washed. U also have to pay extra for hot water.

Hospitality very bad. Non supportive staff, rude talking womens. Bad smelly beds and pillow. Electric sockets in bad conditions. Limited hot water 1st limited water provided 2nd day no water and lady shout and talk rudelly. In addition to above no tv wifi not good. Water issue faced.

Not to geyser water heater in the room not a clean in the bathroom not a clean in the room totally disappointed

Property was very dirty, uncleaned and unused. It was even not cleaned while check in time of room, property was full of cokroches, unhygenic, mmt should suggest real review to customer apart for doing just earning money.

Bathroom door lock not working and fan is not working properly and also curtains not available. Images not available

Whole room dusty n dirty, pillow blanket were dusty, no towels provided, dirty water jug, v had to ask for dustbin n duster, fan was very shaky abt to fall, bathroom was dirty, window was open n broken, tap water speed was too slow it take 10 to 15 min to fill one bucket, water was muddy intially, caretaker person was not ready to clean n sweep d room

The staff is not available but there is also poor quality in hygiene and cleaning. The location is at a good place near the market. A better option is to find a hotel by getting there.

Washroom was not clean plastic bucket was not washed mattress was also dirty can be cleaned no drinking water facility was there it should be there fan was very poor very high voice was coming from fan which was very disturbing mattress was broken and blanket was very old and dirty

Worst cottage i visited in my whole life 1. No service 2. No cleanliness 3. Fan speed was very slow not able to sleep whole night. 4. No water available 5. Toilet was very dirty 6. Tv, wifi was not working 7. There where lots of insects. 8. Room was smelling bad. 9. Bed was broken, very uncomfortable to sleep. 10. They are changing 30rs per bukket for hot water. 11. Owner was so rude while we were complaining for basic room service.

Room @nice location. Good service of staff

The room is not clean, they do not have hot water, you have to request them just for a bucket of water. The bed is broken in the mid i started to have shoulder pain due to that. Don't wast your money to stay there

The hotel room looked clean at the beginning but after further observation there were used soaps, opened pakets of other items in the drawer and used toiletries which were kept in the air outlet of the bathroom. I would not recommend this for a family stay. The tv stand was broken and there was a bug in the wash basin too.

It was good and location was perfect to see toy train

Rooms and washrooms were having bad odour and food leftovers were lying on the floor.
