Only good thing is food, location is some what tricky, you have to walk more, better take room near town, price is too much, area of room is too small, and not like photos they uploaded. They cheated the customers

Location is good as it is close to Myra point and also before Matheran train station. The Check In and Check Out process was smooth. Host of the place was good and humble, also helped us in arranging horses at reasonable rates. Rooms and especially the toilets were clean, food was home cooked so overall a good place to stay for a short vacation...

The cottage was neat and clean with an extra mattress, bedsheet in case of any extra guest or in case of need of one. The stay had home made food options with reasonable cost, the food Served was hot and good in taste, even my kids had yummy filled puri bhaaji. USP of the cottage, there is one sightseeing point ( Myra Point) which is walkable from the stay and best thing is the sunrise view. Geyser facility for parents who are traveling with toddlers/kids is the best. Even the e-auto service and matheran station is just about 500m away and the cost of the stay is a small pinch to your pocket..will definitely recommend it to family and friends. It was a peaceful and breezy stay in Matheran.
