Calming and relaxing stay. loved the property and curated experiences they had.

Poor hospitality. Late checkin plus dropped at wrong wing. Spoiled the surprise. No room heating. Show water hardly warmGot loose motions due to food. To navigate the property you just need to use cars . Plus using every facility required to shell out money. Avoid rather spend on some cheaper properties

Few Kms away from highway yet isolated in a well secured gated property surrounded by hills.Lakeview Rooms are very spacious and clean,loved the wooden interiors as well.except oven they have everything you need. There is Lakeview rooms and lakeside cottage we stayed in Lakeview and we personally preferred lake view 1st floor as lakeside was too isolated and u actually don't have a proper view also it's divided in two so it would be ideal for two couples.They provide you with Ev cars(to avoid pollution )to see the property but exploring by yourself would be another adventure.It's Food and drinks are Good nothing to complain about. Some site says it's Not pet friendly...Yes it is but you only get lawn view or pool view with extra charges per pet. min 2 night recommended.

Property was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Good food options. We just had one issue that the bathroom in lake view rooms didnt have enough ventilation. We couldnt sit in the warm water bath tub for more than 5-7 mins without feeling suffocated. Overall good experience

It was a very pleasant stay at Oleander Farms, surroundings were very beautiful and had a piece of time.

Oleander farms is a great place nestled in a forest area very close to Mumbai. It took a total of 2 hours to reach the venue from Mumbai. The property is HUGE so they have EVs (tata tigor) to ferry passengers around. We went to the South Reception and were ushered into the fine lobby and greeted with a welcome drink. Check-in process was super quick and within 5 minutes, we had the key to our room! The view from the premium lakeside room is amazing! Take the rooms on the upper floors for a great view of the lake and the surrounding hills. Service is great and prompt. Rooms are clean and cosy, they do need a little bit of maintenance now in some places, but overall good. The food is the high point of this place. Everything is flavorful - from the breakfast to the food available at Common House, Saltt and Coffee House! The banana chocolate cake and raspberry Danish are a must-have at the Coffee House. The place is surounded by greenery and nature but there was no insects in our room at any point during the stay. There's live music at Common House on some days which makes the meal even more satisfying! Great stay at Oleander farms and thanks to all the staff that made it memorable.

Dirty and unkept rooms, with old carpets and average ambience and overly priced garbed as luxury!

location -ok food- taste is good service- the worst and most rude imaginable amenities- they claim to have many. but never let us go to the lake side restaurants. only Salt and Common house- and that too an obnoxious way of telling to reserve - not reserved for guests staying because they want to rent it out/keep it open to outsiders. services- the most in hospitable staff incident 1- Rude and informed staff at reception who falsely told us at 130 pm after checking in- no reservations possible, whereas when we walk-in to Salt: we had the space Incident 2- A so called 'manager'at salt was so ride, and inspite having 2 kids with me, shouted for taking the kids to the person area incident 3- all amenities as per them are closed. while they have a huge map showing all amenities - anything you ask, they will tell you to go to the play zone. incident 4- boat area- no life jackets. and argument is- no1 has been injured till now

stayed there wth family, the property is very good with full of greenery. even the staff is very good F&B is expensive with a very limited menu and average taste

Gorgeous property.... Lush green and breathtakingly beautiful. Huge place with picturesque views. Being pet friendly, it was fab to have the entire family together. The staff is wonderful, helpful and courteous with a special mention for Sudhanshu from the Restaurant... He gave amazing and personalized service. My father needs a wheelchair for movement, staff was readily available for help.

Excllnt place to stay with mimd boggling vies n ambeince,,not to frget mouth watering food,, ecllnt service n hospitality by the staff,, very geeo experince of the property ,, well managed n clean rooms,, lots if fun activites to do ther,, worth money!!!
