HYGIENE NOT MAINTAINING IN THIS RESORT.STAFF WAS NOT BEHAVIOUR.ROOM ARE NOT CLEAN.SWIMMING POOL ARE NOT CLEAN.

The worst resort i had ever visit, they don't having a proper staff, light issues because of rain, internet connection from wifi are worst, there is no network of any mobiles except vodafone, room are unfurnished and smelly, like a 300 rs loadge, they didn't provide any toiletries and towels, beds are old, we ask them for tv they even didn't answer. Overall worst experience

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities met with my expectations. I would recommend it for a pleasant stay.

Hotel very nice, room is good, room service also very good. Hotel staff very comparative. Food quality is average but not tasty.

I have made a booking with very good price but hotel's service is not good and they are more focusing on direct booking customers. Some of the facilities not given to us like welcome drink etc. And they said it is for limited customer.

Regarding location, this hotel i would not recommend if you are booking for a family. To go to this place from entry gate of matheran you can't go by train as it is not on the train route. Plus if you have luggage then you to go by hathgadi or by horse riding. Even in the night difficult to go there as it very far from the market and at isolated location. Regarding rooms and hygiene again very disappointing. Overall nothing good about this hotel

Great space good food co-oprative staff

After reading the reviews i was a bit reluctant to book the hotel but as i got a good deal so went for it and let me tell you it was a totally memorable experience food was great, the location is also very nice just 5 to 10 walking from the market and if you want to relax also its a very nice place staff is very helpful and food was just excellent loved it rooms are clean and hygeinic totally recommended will surely go once again
Reading at the reviews was hesitant to book but let me tell you we had a great time at the resort food is excellent staff is very cooperative rooms are clean location is very nice if you want to relax and if you want to go to market it's just a 5 to 10 min away definitely thumbs up for the stay food and staff

I had visited with my wife and had a very memorable stay. Location is really very nice. Clean rooms and excellent food. Staff was really very helpful. Highly recommendable.

Very dirty bathroom, very thin blanket for not recommended for family.

Worst experience ever had firstly hotel is located in forest no store nothing is nearby. No management not even drinking water is provided by the hotel. Bath water is far away in this case. Rooms are in worst condition wardrobe without shelves. Dead air-conditioned no person is available to cater the guest and rude no one is answering the phone to resolve the issue for drinking water. We have to walk through this forest almost for half an hour. Monkeys are standing outside the room. So you can't even step out.

Terrible service, rooms are not clean. Staff is rude.
