I stayed as a couple. I found this place on MMT, and the location is also good nearly 1.2km inside from the entry point. Good for family and couples, Stay and Hospitality was amazing. The food is also home made so totally amazing.

We stayed at anita niwas for two nights, some of us being quite sick, and they were really great hosts. They made dinner and breakfast for us which was great, and also supplied us with other things we needed. Because some of us were sick we checked out late, and the hosts were very nice about it! really great stay and amazing hosts!

Would definitely stay here on my next trip. Room was clean as well as the washroom and outdoor seating too. Food was home made and better than having oily junk food outside. Owners are kind and make you feel like home. The hotel is located at Indira nagar gate which is close to matheran station and market place. Out of multiple hotels and option I would recommend giving it a try as experience is good.

This cottage is near by aman lodge and having standard amenities. Rooms are cleaned. Only thing which i feel need to improve is they are charging for hot water bucket. Food is good overall it's very good and cheaper than other hotels.

I recently had a delightful stay at anita nivas (home stay). The personalized service, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. The hosts were warm and accommodating, ensuring a home away from home. The comfortable rooms and delicious homemade breakfast, luch & dinner ( veg & non veg) added to the overall charm. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and unique stay.

Service at cottage level was very nice. But, day rate for stay was extremely high comparing with location and facility. I could have booked a hotel nearby or near to the market property in this rate. The cottage is quite away from main area.
