LORDS CENTRAL HOTEL

Hello everyone, PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THE HOTEL. I HAVE RECENTLY STAYED IN THE PROPERTY. I just came back from matheran yesterday and stayed at this hotel. So I think my review is very recent and relevant. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. In the name of keeping it heritage property, they have forgot to maintain the property. Every other thing in the room was non functional. Fan regulator, the old 'BPL' tv was not working, toilet seat was moving, doors were not getting locked. The rooms were not cleaned properly. They were damp. My wife's asthma was triggered due to such environment in the room. Food was very expensive, very limited options. Also, they took very long time to prepare basic food items. Room service was very slow. Swimming pool was dirty inside. Kids play area is not functional. The owner was not interested at all in knowing the issues we faced. He just ignored them and changed the topic conveniently. Very very bad experience. The room tariff is not even worth They are charging almost 4-5 times of the value. THEY ARE PORTRAYING THE PROPERTY AS HERITAGE. HOWEVER THEY DO NOT WANT TO SPEND A SINGLE PENNY ON KEEPING THINGS WORKING.

The location is very good.its nearby market and view was fabulous.service was also good.washroom was smelling bad littile bit.Pool was good.

room condition is very old and not even basic amenities like kettle, toiletries are not provided

Hotel was diff from the image and food was boufet which was not mentioned . Food taste was also very bad

The rooms are not maintained and even the premises. Only good thing about this resort is that it is next to the valley and one can have a beautiful view. My daughter and myself didn't like the food served and they have fixed menu. We had to waste the entire food

I recently stayed at Lords Center in Matheran, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. One of the biggest issues was the unavailability of hot water—there's no hot water after 10 AM, which is extremely inconvenient, especially during the monsoon when you might check in after noon. The cleanliness of the property is another major concern. The rooms and surroundings were infested with mosquitoes and large bully ants, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless some serious renovations and pest control measures are taken. Definitely not worth the price charged.

Location is good. Food is good. Swimming pool is small. This hotel gives that British look so if you want to enjoy , try it.

Amazing heritage property with antique amenities, peaceful vibes, great swimming pool and badminton court. Just one thing to improve is that you can provide bath amenities and also bathroom floor mat. Overall great experience!

Hotel is decent. Cleanliness is very good. But the furniture will give you a old feeling. This needs to be improved. Food options are very limited. Swimming pool was clean

Location of the hotel is very good, but the amenities like bed, tv, blanket, furniture all were very old and low quality, there no wifi . Room was stinky.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. The property is quite old and could definitely use some renovation, especially in terms of interiors and facilities. For those interested in light activities, they do offer some sports options like badminton, carrom, and table tennis, which is a nice touch. Overall, it was an okay experience — good for a quiet break if you're not expecting anything too fancy.

Location and swimming pool are the key attractions of this property. Near to market and good staff. Rooms and amenities needs improvement though. Cheaper and better food options are available nearby.

The place is good. Vibes are pure natural. Loved my stay at lords central.

Lords central is situated at nice location with beautiful week of valley. It is place for reading and to get away from city life. Breakfast is fabulous
