Terrible Hotel Experience
We booked the hotel expecting it to match what was mentioned during the booking. Initially, I was suspicious when I saw that they listed pillows as an amenity, but I chose to ignore it — the biggest mistake I made. Upon arrival, we found no AC, no TV, no hot water, and dirty rooms. The surrounding area resembled a slum, which we understand is beyond their control, but the other issues were well within their power to manage.
Despite having two guests, we were provided with only one towel, which was filthy and looked like it had been used for over ten years. When we asked for a new one, they shamelessly replied that we shouldn’t expect a new towel because it was washed, and that should be good enough. The hospitality deserves a score of zero, and they gave us a cheap Rs 3 soap.
What a terrible experience! A 2K hotel should not offer such horrendous conditions. After we complained, they only put a battery in the AC remote. It felt like we were troubling them by being there. They should have mentioned that the amenities listed were just for marketing purposes. To top it off, I even found a hole in the blanket they provided. one more important point there is no way to contact room service as the phone number written behind the door is out of service
