bedsheets were not clean Geysers were not working either in cold weather TV available without subscription (Just for showpiece)

Staff and manner are not friendly, bad behaviour and not clean properly batrooms are smelling bad and not cline too

pros: 1) The hotel is in a good location i.e nearby to the market area and also away from hustle & bustle. 2) The ambience from the outside is good. cons: 1) Although it is a budget stay, they should at least provide clean linen, towels, & blankets. Even after changing them they had a smell of fungus. 2) In rainy seasons, hot water is available only for 2 hours in the morning. i.e from 7 to 9. There is no geyser available. We came to relax but, due to such military-like timings we didn't get to relax. overall my experience was average also, we understand that it's a budget stay but, at least they should have provided basic amenities properly. If you still want to book this stay because you are at a low budget then, please carry your own towels, blankets & linen. For hot water you can carry your own kettle or a water heating rod.

The room was not good. They have give us a spare room where no proper sealing was made. After complaining they said no rooms available this is what we have. That too booking early for make my trip.

The room washroom was stinking badly & the room walls were damaged.Overall the hotel exterior was good but the room was very stinky.

Good Ambience However it would be nice if there was non veg food as well Since check in is at 11am Tea coffee is not served at that time after check in it is served only at 9am for bf. Hope you can bring some changes to that.

Hotel is not clean, facilities like TV and AC is not in order, food quality is also average. I won't recommend the hotel. overall a worst experience.

The washroom was unclean, and there were frequent power cuts. The swimming pool was closed, and entry was not allowed. Lunch was served cold, while the fruit salad was unexpectedly warm instead of chilled. Dessert was limited to one serving during dinner, and no water bottles were provided in the rooms.

Good location. Rooms are also clean. Only veg food which is tasty. All sightseeing points are close to the hotel. Room service is need to improve. Strict time for lunch and dinner. Breakfast time varies. Spacious and enjoying with family and friends.
