it was indeed nice. the facilities were also good like table tennis, chess etc

very bad experience.Room was pathetic and lost of moistre and smell in the room

First of all, the location given from Make my trip was totally wroung, we wasted almost more than 3 hours and my fuel in searching the location given MMT. Somehow by asking many people, we reached to the location. secondly, the room quality was pathetic, the bedsheets, pillow and blankets were all dirty, when I contacted the hotel supervisor he was adamant not to change anything and created a ruckus in the hotel, somehow after lot of insistence this was changed. Food quality was bad and was totally unhygienic. Would urge MMT to Refund me the money for this hotel as I wasted lot of money unnecessary on booking this hotel

The hotel is far away from the rikshaw stand we need to walk lats to reach the hotel and rooms are not like as good as we expected its average rooms food is good staf also good overall hotel also good but rooms are not good there is fall slap in my room so its not looks like a hotel room its look like a some chawl room also there is no telephone in room to communicate with room staf or order some thing we have to go every time to the counter to buy the water botel .

We went as a couple mainly due to fact that it was a couple friendly on maketrip. They gave us room where AC was not working after 3 reminders they fixed AC. The staff was unprofessional and lack basic attequette. The room was not smelling good. Overall I will not recommend this hotel to professional people.

I stay in royal hotel and service is not up to the mark, and service staff behaviour are very rood. If we asking anything related to service then directly denied . Electricity power issue. No cleaning. Dogs driving water directly from swimming pool

Room was not good. Food was average. Location and property were worse. Not recommended to stay. Below average.

It was a great experience with Hotel Royal. Rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely recommended.

I found it on MMT app. Good hotel at nice location. Clean room n clean toilet. Room in well condition. Hotel at good location. Nice rooms, Clean toilets, rooms in good condition.

Ac doesn't worked whole time and they didn't even given me some refund amount as they already mentioned that if the Ac is not working you will get 200rs per day refund. Overall a worst experiance

I booked these hotel from Make my trip as per the review and the property structure but my experience was horrible. the amount which i had paid that is too much for the short room i had book a Dulux room they provide small dirty room without toiletries on the name of mineral water they are providing water in the dirty jugg. after the soo many time i had informed them there is no towel in the room please provide me they wan't provide me. staff behaviour is very casual with the customer I don't think they want customer they just wanted to be there without doing any thing. Not helpful and unprofessional. only the name is Royal in the number of rooms but the quality of the room is very bad . do not book the hotel

The stay was average, food was good, arrangements and fun activities were good for kids. The staff was very helpful and helped us to celebrate our nephews birthday with fun and good music. We all were disappointed in knowing that the swimming pool is non-functional. This was our first requirement while choosing the hotel and we didn't consider any other hotel which did not have a swimming pool.

Hotel is average and crowd is not professional Cleaniness was below average - smelly washroom, wordrobe. Swimming pool was dirty and no arrangement to make it neat and clean all day by the hotel management. Breakfast - Below average Staff - 5 star to them. Hotel staff were really helpful and restaurant guy was also a kind human!! This is the only positive thing during our stay 🙂 Location - 4star as little near to market Room curtains - Dirty and torned. Hotel management, please change the curtains immediately if you are in a serious hospitality business. Dirty buckets, dirty door mats, odour inside the room. Overall it was a poor experience compared to the money we spent.. highly disappointed!

Hotel cleaning, staff to good .Food also amazing. in hotel evening entertainment programs very nice . i think Check-out time should be 11-1130 hrs. over all service is to good. Thanks

Dear Hotel Royal management, The hotel is located at a prime place which makes it easier to visit the market anytime even in late evening. The rooms are good and clean. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service is good,food quality and taste is also good. We will visit again to Royal...... Rgrds Sachin Kshirsagar...

the property was very good ,neat and clean and food was so so lastly that property was so clean , staff was so humble
