Review Of Usha Ascot

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The surroundings are fresh, green, and peaceful, and the entire place — including the rooms, bathrooms, and swimming pool — was exceptionally clean. The food was a real highlight! We enjoyed an unlimited Indian thali in the afternoon, delicious evening snacks with tea, a lavish buffet dinner with great variety, and an unlimited breakfast in the morning — everything was tasty and of top quality. The staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. There were also plenty of entertainment options for all age groups — a magic show, fun games, and a live orchestra by the poolside with a bar counter and dinner setup. I had a great time enjoying all this with my wife and daughter. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

Room amenities are very poor ... Shower gel is out of stock... Warm water is on phone call... Power cut off much more.. Breakfast limited... Lunch dinner limited...

Loved the stay here with my family (4 people ) - we booked the executive suite with pool view & omg the room was amazing, the staff, service all top notch. Loved the buffet dinner and breakfast. Definitely the finest resort in Matheran.

very nice and beautiful property, apparently the best at matheran..nice welcoming reception people. rooms are average for the cost,but since you don't have too many choices you have to pay the asking price. food is average in quality and variety, resturant has basic plastic chair tables and those are the places these people can improve. food is pure veg so all the non veg/eggitarians will feel disappointed. these is live music/singer during dinner which is a welcome experience. game room has lot of thrash dumped in it and that should ideally not be there. pool facing rooms are at a distance from pool so you barely get to see it from room. you may try forest view room which are cheaper. generally a good experience as the property is amidst nature and well maintained. I personally liked the property and people in hotel. happy to give 4 star rating. i just hope they improve on above issues which would make them even better.

Indoor play area in worst condition..food is below average..Too higher charges then service provided.not value for money.

property was excellent ,Food is good but Common washrooms in common dinning area were horrible,No hygiene part,Lot of Bug Flies all over the dinning area . They should concentrate on Cleaning the washroom

Telephone and television not working properly. No hot water in the evening. Very limited choice for breakfast... Bathrooms were not clean as expected from a three star hotel. Not worth the money paid....

My stay was comfortable, but the property is not maintained well the sheets were not very clean... and the food was average I paid 30k for 2 nights and did not feel it was worth the price paid.

Usha Ascots, property is located 10 minutes from market. property is very good. the rooms was spacious. we booked family room suit. which can accomodate 6 persons. Food was good. and the staff is also cooperative. we enjoyed our stay. will plan such outing more often.......

everything was good stay, hygiene, rooms. we were not happy that à la carte was not available only buffet. we had to bring food everytime.

Excellent stay at usha ascot. The staff is courteous, food is excellent, great property, clean rooms. Can spend entire day at the property itself. One of the largest resorts in matheran, we loved our stay as a family. Kid's play area and pool are a boon for the kids. Overall rating: excellent! highly recommended!

Overall it was not a bad experience but on last night, 1 of 5 members had food poisoning with vomiting and stomach pain, next day after we reached mumbai, rest of 4/5 had same problem i. E. Food positioning, the worst ever experience. Since all five had similar problems, it is highly likely, it came from food we had at the usha ascot. Rooms, property, staff etc are all good but these food poisoning has spoiled our experience. Hope hotel is taking due care in terms of quality and hygiene while cooking the food they serve.

Good hotel and comfortable stay for 1 Day and food service is good and environment pleasant in winter

Full of greenaray in hotel, clean, very polite staff, excellent food, overall good experience, can better in menu selection per day, repeat some things in next day.
