The Byke Brightland Adventure Park & Resort

Our recent stay at Byke Brightland was very disappointing. The overall service was extremely poor, with absolutely no cooperation from the hotel staff. Food & Beverages: The food quality was terrible, and even basic tea was served cold. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Cleanliness was missing everywhere. The restaurant bathrooms were dirty, and we constantly had to ask staff to clean seating areas. Amenities: The adventure park was outdated and rusted, making it unsafe to even try the activities. It was also located too far from the stay area. Even the children’s garden had broken and rusted equipment like seesaws, swings, and slides. Swimming Pool: The pool was in the worst possible condition – frogs inside, monkeys drinking from it, and even dead mosquitoes floating. Not at all maintained. Staff & Reception: The receptionist and staff were uncooperative. Early in the morning, when the restaurant was closed, the staff handed us Bisleri bottles refilled from a filter instead of proper service. The only decent part was the room condition, but everything else – food, amenities, cleanliness, service – was far below basic expectations. Definitely not worth recommending until serious improvements are made.

Good experience. The ambience is great and the property is really nice. The room, the amenities, and the buffet is really good. The lady who answered for in room dining sounded rude, but rest all folks were very helpful

I visited the resort during a weekday. We had booked an executive room that accommodated 5 people. It was very spacious, clean with all basic amenities. The resort is located within range of multiple scenic points that can be covered easily either by walking or by horse rides. Due to the rainy season path to any of the scenic points is mucky, slippery and rough..so elderly people need to take care. The environment is very pleasant and filled with fog. The resort has an internal restaurant or buffet and the food is good at the price point it's offered( only Veg). Only one point that throughout Matheran u will see a lot of monkeys hanging around which can't be avoided even if u r inside the resort. So be careful I visited the resort during a weekday. Not worth at all. Rooms are stinky and filled with stains. Waste of money..

Pleasant stay, good environment, food is okay, nice location, family friendly, adventure park is good. Resort is clean, room is nice, bathroom is excellent.

the stay was good. nice and clean rooms. bathroom was clean. location was nice greenery all around. adventure activities was included. zip lining, archery and indoor games ( carrom and table tennis ) .

No amenities were provided in the room where we had booked such coffee sachets and biscuits. Improvement needed in the food menu and taste could be improved. Based on my experience I'll give 10 out of 4 Star. Luxury rooms were not as good as expected. There were very few options for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Great experience, one of the best resorts in Matheran. Great food, Gujarati people will love this place

The property was good and maintained properly. The adventure rides were also good was done with proper safety harness. Worth stating there and enjoying the nature. Also the location of the resort was nearer to many points.

Very Spacious and cleaned rooms with clean bathroom. Very tasty food specially if you are North Indian. Overall property was quite big but pool was quite dirty and not really cleaned. Property is good to explore but little away from the main market.

Breakfast was worst . Limited option in food. Lots of disturbance from poolside DJ . Average food , service staff was helpful but need to improve food quality

It's a beautiful property. And provides a homely atmosphere to its stay with mini cottages. Staffs are also very friendly

It was an average experience with slow room service, and bad food but in lap of nature to enjoy. Spacious clean room was there.

Property is good. Rooms are spacious, rooms including bathrooms were clean, we had only breakfast as only vegetarian food was available. Only problem with room service people, No intercom in the room so we had call on their mobile and they were not attending to our calls. Rest all okay 👍
