The hotel lacks basic aminities. I booked the hotel from make my trip where they mentioned the premium room with sofa set and other basic aminities but when I checked in the hotel noting was there.

Rooms were fine, not premium as listed in advertising. Service was average, expected proactive service, however, even for water you had to call at reception, no call that means no water. Service like room cleaning and water delivery must be done at the beginning of the day rather customer calling all the time. Staff was good and responsive, the owner needs to be proactive. Owner must be sensitive to understand that if there are no lifts in the property..try to allocate room at lower floors..specially to old customers.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Location is good , Room were Clean.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. To make matters worse, the room service staff barged into my room using their keycard without knocking, while I was inside with my girlfriend—this was a complete breach of privacy. They also failed to provide something as basic as plates and spoons for dining. Overall, the stay was miserable, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a pleasant stay. Rooms were well-maintained and staff were polite. Only drawback was outside delivery not being allowed directly to the room, which caused minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything else was perfectly fine.

The Hotel does not provide unlimited breakfast, with only 4 standard items,not having tea or coffee in the room, Charges 400 for 6 tost bread and tea, no lift
