The food was very good. Taxi availability was 24 hours. The bed was comfortable. the bathroom and room were cleaned well

Everything is below level. No restaurant, no standard, nobody to clean the room, breakfast was terrible.

Very okayish stay,rooms are absolutely not as posh as they look in photos, bedsheets were terrible,and service was very poor they took 1 hour just to deliver tea.

It was a bad experience to be at hotel zed...ac was not working...room was not cleaned...when we ask them then they clean it in front of us...we have to wait for a long...service poor...overall very bad

U booked I mention we have 2 children’s I request for mattress they provide me but when I’m going to check out they charged after bargaining they charged 250 extra
