Hotel location is main road and near to delhi airport. Staff was very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was very good.

The rooms were hygienic and gave a homely feel, making my stay very comfortable. Definitely one of the best hotels in Delhi for budget-friendly travelers!

The room was spotless, modern, and super cozy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the blackout curtains helped us sleep in after a long travel day. Loved the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and fast Wi-Fi!

The service was poor; the room and bathroom were unclean, and it took two hours just to get a boiled egg.

Rooms are nothing like what’s shown in the pictures. I booked this hotel after seeing the photos and decent reviews, but the moment I checked in, it was a complete disappointment. My first impression was just uff, I’ve wasted my money. Many areas were rusted, the bed covers were extremely dirty, and the floors weren’t clean at all. They didn’t even provide complimentary water bottles — when I asked, they said it was chargeable and asked ₹35 for just a 1-liter bottle! The AC wasn’t working, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. I even had an argument with the staff, but they kept saying, “This is how it is in our hotel.” I was honestly too tired to deal with them further and just adjusted for the night. I strongly recommend others not to book this hotel, no matter how cheap it looks. The rooms are far worse than what you pay for. Don’t trust the photos — try some other place instead!

Review: One of the worst stays ever. The room was smelly and poorly maintained. Nothing looked like the photos shown — pictures. Bathroom was unhygienic, walls were dirty, and overall experience was terrible. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you want a decent stay.

We looked at the website and it seemed like a very good Room service, but I went over there to see another story. No one came to clean the room. We were two days without a bottle of water, and the dustbin didn't clean. I spent two days in the bathroom with no soap or hand wash.

linen and towel not good quality, no restaurant , parking is difficult, complimentary drop to airport was charged, room cleaning was not asked proactively

The staff was bit unprofessional. Charged me with laundry charges even after the booking includes laundry service as well.

Hotel which was in a good location. It took 10 minutes to reach the airport. Cab facility is available 24 hours. The hotel staff was very helpful.

We stayed for 1 day. We had wonderful experience as room size for family of four was so big which we did not get option in any other hotels in mahipalpur. Amenities, staff and services were excellent and clean. The breakfast option was very helpful for us till lunch as we used to be full. Hotel for wonderful experience. Thankyou.
