Review Of Secret Cliff Villa

Service is very bad, I booked room for 3people, they asked me to pay more for the 3rd person, I refused to pay for the 3rd person as it was booked for 3 guests, when I ask them to show in there system they dint not allow me and also hiding the papers which were printed from there system, when I strongly asked them to show the paper and AC was not working which is most ambarasing thing.

This review is not to take a stab at this property or dis's it, but to throw some light on the reality of the situation. Firstly, there are a few rooms that are same side as the restaurant aka cliff side and others on the opposite side of the highway. This was something that wasn't informed or disclosed to us while making the booking. If at all you decide to come here don't ever book superior rooms. Deluxe are much better they costthe property per se is run-down and on its last leg. There are no signs of renovation or upkeep. They have a decent swimming pool with a great view, i'll have to give it to them. A scanty gym with no mostly rusted and in inoperative condition. Finally, the breakfast is below average and has nothing to write home about. The staff are good at trying to do their best to help. My suggestion would be that you can find a plethora of other properties in karon, but this place certainly isn't worth the moneyp. S - crossing the highway to the room is super treacherous and risky, as the highway is always god damn busy. They have shuttle service which takes almost forever to come pick up up.

Pros - Located on a quiet location, staff good and helpful Cons - On a hilly terrain (they will escort you with a trolley cart, but if not available at times climb can be taxing), no exhaust fan in bathrooms, only basic items given in bathroom (no toothbrush or hand wash).

The hotel location was good, being in the mid of Patong and Karon Beach. The ocean view from the hotel was just mesmerising. It was difficult to leave the sunset point at the hotel with a complete view of the ocean. The rooms were average. Only disappoint was we booked the superior Villa room with Sea view. The rooms were not as shown in the pictures while booking it. So, we had to pay additional amount to upgrade our room. Though the upgraded one wasn't even upto the expectations, but we had to manage with it. We didn't got the chance to taste the food or review it. )

Peaceful area out to City noise to the bank of Karon Sea. The name is Secret Cliff resort is one Side and Villa/rooms on the other Side of Road. Buffet BREAKFAST is Good. It is 3 km from Karon market and Beach and 4-5 km from Patong Definitely u can stay here if u don't like crowd and noise. Room is nice staff is nice. Housekeeping will daily clean and arrange your bed.

We stayed in the Villa with a Sea view. Rooms are clean, comfortable with all basic amenities available.

This resort seems to be a 5 star resort. Amazing location and view from the room, very very spacious rooms. Great service.
View from the room was mind blowing. Only issue was air conditioner of the room was hell noisy and not cooling properly. Rest other things were amazing. Thanks for the lovely decoration too.

Located between Patong and Kata/Karon beach on a cliff. Sea view from the room. Awesome air on balcony from sea. Restaurant next to the sea. What else do you need. Rest everything is okay. In room service (food) is a little expensive. Swimming pool in an awesome location. Loved the stay here.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good food. Nice location to stay. I had requested for late check out which was accepted by the hotel management that was really appreciated. Will sure recommend to others please go and experience the stay.
