Location is good and the best part is shuttle available. Rooms are spacious and staff was co operative regarding some booking mis understanding.. Appreciate it

Everything is good but it will take 15-20 minutes to haram. Location is far away from haram good for solo traveller

Hotel staff is very friendly and room is very neat n clean. Shuttle service is also good n its drop u near to haram

The stay was comfortable, Allahhamdulli. But the only complaint is that they have to mention that the shuttle services will not take you directly to Haram, like you need to change the bus nearby. And the shuttle drivers need to learn some manners, as one of the encounters with them was shameful.

they didn’t had proper customer service no one picked whenever called for in room dining or room service ; and there were no proper staff to provide room cleaning service we had to call each and every time, plus the worst part is they didn’t allowed the taxi to enter if you are booking through an app or calling a local taxi you have to take permission from them every time , and they didn’t even allowed them (taxi) people to even wait for a while… at the hotel to wait for us. no thanks

Shuttle bus service was bad. Food was average, no asian food were there

The hotel is nice and the bus to ha-ram is nice but the only issue is that the beds are small compared to other hotels in the trio room

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were good and supportive. Cleanliness room. Near at walking distance. The market is nearby for shopping. Good restaurants are there if you walk from haram to the hotel.

Shuttle service is getting worst especially on friday for jumma prayer and weekdays. Need to change 2 buses to get the haram i will not recommend to anyone,

It was a very good experience living in voco hotel. The hotel was very neat with all the facilities. The house keeping staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel have shuttle buses for going and coming to haram. The only drawback of this hotel is the shuttle drops you far away to walk to ha-ram if you have small kids or elderly people and one have to change two buses to reach haram.

Hotel not provided the food whole day so we have no idea about this but location and facilities was excellent thanks
