Pleasant stay and good hospitality

The rooms at the hotel are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay overall. However, the check-in process was disappointing. Despite the official check-in time being 3 p. M, our room was not ready even by 6:30 p. M, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Another inconvenience was the elevator situation. The hotel has five elevators, but they were constantly busy with guests checking in and out, which led to long wait times. It took us around 20 minutes to finally catch an elevator to our room. For future travelers, i’d recommend allowing extra time for check-in, especially during peak hours, and being prepared for delays with the elevators. If you’re on a tight schedule, it may be wise to ask the staff for assistance in expediting the process. Hopefully, the hotel can address these issues to improve the overall experience for guests.

Good value for money stay. Situated on top of a shopping mall, which was quite convenient. Big rooms, courteous staff. Clean and sufficient amenities provided. Wifi was an issue during peak hours as lot of logins hampered the system. The breakfast buffet was decent. Very limited / nill options for vegetarian and indian palette eaters. On the whole a good value for money stay in kl. 20 mins distance from kl city center.

Got allocated the topmost floor and extreme end. Had to walk lots to room. Also room had a smell on pillows and bed sheets.
