worst hotel experience , lack basic maintainence , worst food service , bad staff , no cleaniness , tv , ac , bathroom lights not working, dirty room , food expensive and worst in taste.

Rooms were good but the response time was not up to the mark and lift was not working. Also hot water was available through heating rod instead of geyser.

It was a dream holiday owing to its location, warm staff, and dreamy ambience. Highly recommend!!!!!

Food was very pathetic, I booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 5 person but what I get in breakfast was the 5 parathas with tea in a pollybag . that is very bad in taste and not hygienic.

Took charges for early check-in which was shown free on makemytrip app at the time of booking. Also the floor of room was not clear, washroom was not up to the mark. Overall bad experience!
