I found this property when i was searching an offbeat place to stay in the middle of nature

Food was good and staff was good

I stayed over the weekend and it was the 2nd time. The first time was amazing but don't know what changed in last 4 months but there were lots of issues. Good quality was not that great. AC was not working initially. Water dispensers were not working and the one which was operational was dispensing dirty water for which I complained 3 times but they didn't do anything. They had signs put up that after 10 pm is lights out and quite zone but people were playing loud music on speaker till 2 AM and some people were drinking alcohol in swimming pool for so much time which they should have stopped. Most of the games were missing and few not working. Not good experience this time.

My stay at zostel was really comfortable. I booked a suite which had a living room along with the bedroom. The living room had a foldable sofa cum bed. The entire suite had enough space to accommodate a big family and we were just three. Loved the property, ambience surrounding the property and vibes. Food at in-house restaurant was okay too. In short, a must visit if you want to try something offbeat, peaceful and serene accommodation in Rishikesh.

Not good, totally not recommended.

Room locks were not working, washroom had broken seat, shower area glass door was completely jammed. Room service not available.

it was beautiful experience. room was well arranged, neat and tidy. food was great. the location is a bit outside main city which adds on to its serenity.

BAD SERVICE , PATHETIC ROADS TO REACH WITHOUT ANY SIGN BOARDS , RUDE STAFF , NO HELPERS AND NO ROOM SERVICE, AVERAGE FOOD.

Better to travel in hotel by spending some extra money bcoz these property is out of city and has minor off-road patches

Location is far from city and you must have your own vehicle to comfortably reach here. Some advantages are also there of the location. Food was average had to request multiple times to serve us proper food only one cafe is available. Other services are good and well maintained.

Property location is nice, in house cafe serves good food. Property lags porter service and stairs is the only option to take your luggage on your own.

Amazing place, value for money. The views are amazing from the property. It’s extremely clean which was my main apprehension with a hostel

the day we got there , wifi was not working in the room, no dental kit was provided, no hand towel, and when they came and checked the wifi they did not even consider helping with our luggage to shift to a new room, as it is zostel, they have a rule of self service , but when it was not our fault they should jave helped with our luggage when we shifted to other room. both days of our stay in the morning they forgot to fill the tanks for the bathroom bot days we had to w

Location is too far away from the city so teaching after dark is more the best options if you're on a bike. Its surprising that inspite of the temperatures going to the negative side every year, the rooms lacked a heater or even the AC didn't have a heating function. The mountain view rooms are no longer any good as there's construction going on right in front of them. The staff is super helpful with the limited resources they are provided by Zostel.

Good view, good service, bathroom can be a bit more clean. Overall good, parking is 250 metres far from the hotel

I went Zostel for 2 days and extended one more day . I planned many adventures activities to do in Rishikesh before going but wasn’t able to do it . The wine of Zostel doesn’t allow me to go out of property. Specially the evening events . Though I traveled solo , I enjoyed very good companies in Zostel.

Awsumm Stay!! Lifetime memories..Hostal host Manish was helpful and other staff were also co-operative..It feels like home to me....Made very good friends there..Thanks Everyone Manish,Ansh,Nitin etc will surely visit this place again...
