I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience. My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing due to the poor level of cleanliness. Room: There were clear signs of fungus and dark spots on the walls and ceiling of the room. The bathroom was poorly maintained and lacked basic hygiene standards. It was absolutely disgusting and raised serious concerns about health and safety. I reported this to the front desk, and while they did show me another room, it was in the same condition. As a result, I had no choice but to stay in the original room. Staff: The front office staff were welcoming, well-trained, and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were the complete opposite—rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic manners. Most of the time, they were busy on their phones instead of attending to guests. Overall: If you’re considering staying at this property, don’t expect a good experience.

The property is at prime location nearby jalpai more. Rooms are clean but all room in deluxe category are having separate 2/twins beds which cannot be joined together. When booked thru mmt we were shown queen size bed. But reaching there hotel front desk said they don't have any such rooms. That's a false commitment. None of the rooms had internal door lock system. This a security and privacy concern. I had a kid with me and no safety. Floor manager said that cctv every where so no worries. Should I wait for a mishap to happen then rush complaints and check cctv just bcz the hotel doesn't have internal door locking system. Strange and weird! Hotel manager doesn't even know that many of the rooms have lock jams. After a lot of struggle and fight over 3 hours we were upgraded to suite room where we had a peaceful sleep. Thanks to manager sir!

Location food etc are good. Cleanliness is above average and staffs are cordial. Passed a trouble free night in this hotel

Neat and clean property with well-trained staff. The check-in was smooth and complimentary breakfast spread was good. They were prompt.

Nice clean, hygienic property. Pros: Centrally located Courteous staff Clean rooms with spacious bathroom with all basic amenities. Cons: Not a luxury stay property. They charged me breakfast buffet cost for my 2.5 year old child which was unacceptable.

Had an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious, I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Rooms are good. Hotel offered welcome Team/ Coffee and Pakoda. Taste was nice!! Only problem is it's little far from Airport, 20 to 25 mins drive , if time is not a constraint then better go for this
