Review Of TIC ROOMS

I had booked this hotel twice within a span of one week. During my first visit, the room provided to us was extremely dirty — dust was all over the furniture, and the bedsheets and bedcovers had an unpleasant odor. Basic amenities such as an electric kettle, towels, and mineral water, which were included in the tariff, were not provided. We had to request each of these items separately. I raised a complaint with the owner regarding the poor condition of the room, and he apologized, assuring us that all issues would be addressed on our next visit. However, during our second stay, despite personally calling and reminding them to ensure the room was properly cleaned before our check-in, the condition was even worse. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time.
