Hotel Central Plaza

Stay was for a single night as we aere travelling, nice stay and coorperative staff. Reccomend

Hotel is located on the main road and is well known by the taxi drivers so didn't face an issue in reaching the hotel. The distance from NJP railway station is however long around 5km. Rooms are small but clean with all the basic amenities and justify the tariff. Complimentary breakfast was basic with not much variety. Overall satisfied with my stay

The hotel is centrally located. The ambiance of the rooms , food and services is really worth to make repeated visits.

I had a wonderful stay, good ambience, restaurant was also good, best part was the staffs are so courteous. Breakfast has ample variety. Location was also in heart of city, very near to courtyard marriott. So sorry, couldn't click the same

Overall the stay was good, Front office team was very professional and polite in behaviour. Food quality orsered in room was very good. But breakfast spread needs lots of improvement. Very poor spread and taste. Hotels with this kind of rate around Siliguri provide a much better breakfast spread when compared to Hotel Central Plaza.

It was a good stay. We loved it. Would recommend plan a visit if you need anything good and budget friendly and near to airport.

Location is ok,But outside notices are irresistible. Pictures shown of rooms are very different from actual sizes.,Very dirty ..can find Dust & bugs everywhere .Service is ok...but not worth money spend for stay..

Service wise not great. Couldn’t manage to get hot water for shower . Had to take bath in cold water in a winter morning

located at prime location...but for food we ordered in room,we have to wait for 1 hour.tea was not available

There are hawkers right in front of hotel entrance who play all night you cannot sleep at all and just outside my room they started repairing a wall 9am to 9pm for 2 days without any notice. All this was really terrible. I regret to pay all in advance

The rooms felt suffocating as there were no windows allowing outside light to enter. Even in the rooms that had a window, it was covered with a board, blocking any natural light. Additionally, the bathrooms had a connecting passage through the bathroom window, which raised safety concerns, especially for those traveling with women.

Very comfortable and homely feeling. Staffs are very helpful and very supportive.
